Are you a task-oriented person or a concept oriented person?
<내가 쓴 글>
I think I am a concept oriented person. I don't like a task-oriented person because he is usually very boring. Even though it looks like not finished, sometimes it is all finished as a concept. If someone insists only the tasks to be finished, it would be very uninteresting. How hard I would be if I had to work with such person who is so a task-oriented person. If I finished the works in concept first, it would be very easy to finish the works in task. I think it's always difficult to do it in concept first. However if it is done first, it's so easy to finish the work as a task. So it's more important to do it as a concept. How nice if my boss is a concept oriented person. But when I was in the office, my boss was not. He always asked me to do something done which, I think very useless. I didn't like it, but he always insisted me to do it because it should be done as a task work. If my boss was a concept oriented person, he might never ask me to do it.

I think I am a concept oriented (concept-oriented) person. I don't like (to be) a task-oriented person because he (it) is usually very boring.
Even though it (something) looks like not finished, (unfinished,) sometimes it is all (already) finished as a concept. If someone insists (insisted) only the tasks to be finished, it (should be finished, work) would be very uninteresting. How hard I (It) would be (very hard) if I had to work with such (a) person who is so a task-oriented person. (very task-oriented.) If I finished the works in(X) concept (of some work) first, it would be very easy to finish the works in task. (tasks.) I think it's always difficult to do it in (come up with a) concept first. However(,) if it is done first, it's so easy to finish the work as a task. (tasks.) So it's more important to do it as a concept. (come up with a concept first.)
How nice (it will be) if my boss is a concept oriented (concept-oriented) person. But when I was in the office, (OR: I was employed,) my boss was not. He always asked me to do something done which, I think (that I thought was) very useless. I didn't like it, but he always insisted me to (that I) do it because it should be done as (he thought) a task work. (should be completed first.) If my boss was (had been) a concept oriented (concept-oriented) person, he might (would have) never ask (asked) me to do it.
1. I think I am a concept oriented (concept-oriented) person.
HYPHEN: Compound adjectives located BEFORE a noun (-)
Examples:
low-calorie food
well-known place
first-class flight
BUT they do not have a hyphen (-) if they are NOT FOLLOWED BY A NOUN:
Examples:
a place that is well known
The flight was first class.
요렇게. a place that is well known, The flight was first class.
2. I don't like (to be) a task-oriented person because he (it) is usually very boring.
오호. it로 받고... 그런 사람이 되는 것. to be a task-oriented person...
3. Even though it (something) looks like not finished, (unfinished,) sometimes it is all (already) finished as a concept.
it 가 아니라 something
not finished 가 아니라 unfinished
all 이 아니라 already
4. If someone insists (insisted) only the tasks to be finished, it (should be finished, work) would be very uninteresting.
to be finished 가 아니라 should be finished
it 가 아니라 work
5. How hard I (It) would be (very hard) if I had to work with such (a) person who is so a task-oriented person. (very task-oriented.)
It would be very hard if I had to work with a person who is very task-oriented.
6. If I finished the works in(X) concept (of some work) first, it would be very easy to finish the works in task. (tasks.)
the works in concept first... 요건 그냥 concept으로 쓰면 되는 것을 굳이 work를 쓰고 복잡하게 했구나. the concept of some work first
굳이 the works in task라고 길게 할 필요 없이 그냥 the tasks라고 하면 끝나는 것을. 하하.
7. I think it's always difficult to do it in (come up with a) concept first.
~를 생각해내다는 숙어 come up with를 여기서 써주어야 하는구나.
I think it's always difficult to come up with a concept first.
8. How nice (it will be) if my boss is a concept oriented (concept-oriented) person.
How nice it will be...
9. But when I was in the office, (OR: I was employed,) my boss was not.
요건 I was employed 요게 더 나은 표현인가 보다.
10. He always asked me to do something done which, I think (that I thought was) very useless.
something that I thought was very useless.
11. I didn't like it, but he always insisted me to (that I) do it because it should be done as (he thought) a task work. (should be completed first.)
내가 하길 고집했다를 insisted me to do it으로 했건만 그게 아니라 that을 써줘야 하는구나. insisted that I do it...
그러니까 아주 명확하게 뜻을 표현하도록 고쳐주는구나. he thought a task should be completed first.
12. If my boss was (had been) a concept oriented (concept-oriented) person, he might (would have) never ask (asked) me to do it.
If my boss had been a concept-oriented person, he would have never asked me to do it.

Thank you for completing the writing activity. It is greatly appreciated. It is nice that you made an interesting piece of writing. We can see that you try to practice your English as much as you can. Good job!
