㉠ 대패삼겹살은 끓는 물에 데쳐내 기름기를 제거해 준다.

(Boil the pork belly briefly to remove excess fat.)


㉡ 팬에 식용유를 두르고 마늘을 볶아준다. (Stir-fry minced garlic in oil.)


㉢ 삼겹살, 숙주를 넣고 볶아준다. (Add pork and bean sprouts, stir-fry.)

㉠ 배추와 당근은 손질하여 먹기좋은 크기로 썰어준다. (Cut cabbage and carrot.)

㉠ 오이와 맛살은 먹기좋게 썰어준다. (Slice cucumber and crab sticks.)
