1.고구마생채 Sweet Potato Salad

재료 Ingredients

고구마 2개 (2 sweet potatoes)
감말랭이 6개 (6 dried persimmons)
고춧가루 3숟가락 (3 tbsp red pepper powder)
설탕 1숟가락 (1 tbsp sugar)
소금 1/3숟가락 (1/3 tbsp salt)

① 고구마는 씻어 곱게 채썰어 물에 담가 전분기를 빼준다.

③ 고구마채의 물기를 빼고 감말랭이를 잘라 넣는다.
