㉠ 냉이는 손질하여 흐르는 물에 3회 정도 씻어준다.

→ Clean the shepherd’s purse thoroughly under running water about 3 times.

㉡ 굴은 굵은 소금을 넣고 이물질을 제거하며 흔들어 씻어준다.
→ Wash oysters with coarse salt, gently shaking to remove impurities.

㉢ 실파는 뿌리 부분까지 꼼꼼히 씻어준다.
→ Clean scallions carefully, especially the root parts.

㉣ 갈치는 손질 후 소금 간을 해 둔다.
→ Clean the cutlassfish and lightly season with salt.

㉤ 머위는 삶아낸 후 흐르는 물에 씻어 물기를 짜준다.
→ Blanch butterbur, rinse in cold water, and squeeze out moisture.

㉠ 데쳐낸 머위는 먹기 좋은 크기로 자른다.

㉠ 두부와 대파는 먹기 좋게 썬다.
