12. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

어제 난민(Refugee)에 대한 글을 읽었다. 1951년 UN Convention이 정한 난민의 정의는 다음과 같다. It defines a refugee as someone who is outside their country of nationality, and is unable to return to their home country because of well-founded fears of being persecuted. 고국을 떠나 살고 있지만 박해에 대한 두려움으로 다시 돌아가지 못하는 이들. 그들에게는 피난처가 필요하다. 그리고, 그들의 어려움에 감히 비할 수 없겠지만, 쉽지 않은 환경과 가치관의 혼란 속에 살아가는 우리에게도 피할 곳이 필요하다. 바로 피난처 되신 예수님이다. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.
