커피 뚜껑에 있는 구멍 막는 것을 뭐라고 할까요?

안녕하세요,
저의 경우 어떨 때는, 회사나 업무 관련 용어는 익숙한데, 갑자기 너무 쉬운 일상용어가 뭔지 모르겠는 상황이 생깁니다. Starbucks등 카페에서 사용하는 표현들 중에 제가 순간 움찔했던 표현을 모아 보았습니다.
사실 해외 출장이나 여행가게 되면, 갑자기 안떠오르기도 하니, 익숙해지면 좋을 것 같아요.
상황#1]
저는 처음에는 모든 것을 한번에 말하려는 습관이 있었는데, 꼭 그럴필요는 없어요. 하나하나씩 말하는게 쉬울 수도 있습니다.
I’d like to get a grande, decaf, extra hot latte with soy milk.

I’d like to have a grande latte with soy milk. Please make it decaf and extra hot.
상황 #2]
Starbucks 등의 카페에서 커피를 to-go (take-out)을 사는 경우, 커피 리드(뚜껑) 구멍을 막는 것을 뭐라고 하는지 모르겠더라구요. 물론 제스처를 쓰고 컵뚜껑을 가르키면서 말하면 알텐데요, coffee cup stopper 라고 하더라구요.
“Do you have stoppers?”

커피에 시럽을 넣는데, 저는 늘 덜달게 먹어서, 그것을 어떻게 말해야하나, 고민했을때 알게 된 표현입니다. 미국에서 시럽병은 펌프스타일로 되어 있어서, 보통 one pump, two pumps 이렇게 말합니다.
“Can I get two pumps of vanilla syrup?”
바리스타나 직원들이어볼때는 아래처럼 물어볼거예요.
"Could you let me know how many pumps of syrup are in this?"
상황 #4]
디카페인 아메리카노를 주문한다고 했을때는 아래처럼요.
“I’d like to have a decaf Americano.”
“One Americano. Can I have it decaf?”
그외 카페에서 주문할때, 우리 학교에서 배웠던 a cup of coffee 처럼, a cup of…는 거의 사용하지 않더라구요. 그냥 a latte, a venti Americano, a tall cappuccino, a grande iced tea 이런식으로 합니다.

그리고 각종 용어들 정리해봅니다. 갑자기 커피컵 뚜껑 (Lid) 이나 뜨거울때 컵 씌우는거 (Sleeves), 이런거 영어단어가 갑자기 생각이 안날때가 종종 있어요. (저만 그런가 ㅎㅎ)
