나: what are your goals?
환자:  I have so many.
나:  well, why don't you pick one of the most important ones?
환자:  hmmm.. Love and happiness.
나:  okay.. Hmmm. Good to hear. Sorry i dont think i can help you with that. But how about goals for therapy?  
환자:  oh. Okay. I just want to get my arm strength back.
