Mastern Investment Management has ranked as the second-largest real estate investment manager in Korea in the global ranking published by IPE Real Assets, a leading international publication specializing in real asset investments.

In the 2024 Top 150 Real Estate Investment Managers list, Mastern Investment Management secured the 2nd spot in Korea and ranked 69th globally. This ranking is determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of assets under management (AUM), investment strategies, and regional performance.

Mastern Investment Management's overall global ranking has risen by 7 places compared to 2023, achieving notable success despite challenging market conditions. In specific sectors, the company achieved a global rank of 6th in the fund of funds category, climbing two positions from the previous year.

In the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, the company ranked 3rd overall in the residential sector. It also achieved 5th place in the hotel sector and 7th in the logistics center sector, each advancing by one position compared to 2023.
