I announce my name, Kunah - 01
This is the second article to create my brand,
I will break down my name that represents me!
I live in Australia,
My name is Kun... Ah... Jung.
무궁화나무 근(槿) + 예쁠 아(娥) + 나라 정(鄭)
“Kun” means “hibiscus”
“Ah” means “beautiful”
“Jung” means “nation, country”.
In the previous article (number 1), I declared this:
First, I, Kunah Jung, represent South Korea.
Second, I, Kunah Jung, am a person who embraces the golden mean of polarities.
Third, I, Kunah Jung, am sky, land, and people. I am a person who loves sky, land, and people.
Carrying the profound meaning embodied in my name,
Today, I would like to declare my commitment for Kunah Jung’s brand in more detail.
Firstly,
My name contains
“ ㅡ ” (horizontal bar),
“ 0 ” (“circle”),
“ㅣ” (vertical bar) and
“•” (dot).
The Korean letters that make my name are like this:
근아
근 ㄱ + ㅡ + ㄴ
아 ㅇ+ ㅏ (아 = 0 +ㅣ+ ·)
“ㅡ” (horizontal bar) has a shape like a minus symbol (“-”),
“0” (“circle”) has a shape like a zero,
“ㅣ” (vertical bar) has a shape like a one,
And “·” (dot) has a shape like a decimal point.
In other words, from minus to constants, from constants to the decimal point, everything is contained in my name. Therefore, I proudly call my name a name that encompasses the whole.
From minus to zero. This range is where I first fill in my shortcomings.
Zero. It's my standard. It's the point of departure, balancing an imbalanced life, signaling that the time has finally come.
From zero to a constant. This is an upward phase. It's a period of achieving results, much like the endless decimals within a constant, branding myself with 'ultra' sensitivity without missing the details, though viewed on a large scale.
The important thing here is zero. It's the standard.
In the standard,
I rise vertically,
Expand horizontally,
Deepen into minus,
And yet, I never stray from this standard.
I will stay strong.
With this, I, Kunah,
Living up to the name that embraces all numbers,
Declare that I am a person who raises the standard,
Thinks deeply,
And grows by entering and ascending into a new world of different dimensions!
Secondly,
The “ㄱ” (”K”) and “ㄴ” (“N”) of my first name, Kunah,
Make a square when together,
A triangle, when stacked,
A rectangle, when bold,
A diamond, when tilted,
And finally, the zero, which is a circle.
The circle again encompasses all these shapes.
It can be said that my name, “근아” (“Kunah”), embodies all shapes.
The projects that will emerge from my brand will be crafted into pictures, designs, and writing, embodying more diverse and refined details, as various shapes combine and blend together.
But,
To me, Kunah Jung, drawing a picture,
All pictures and designs,
Points, lines and surfaces.
In other words, it starts with basic shapes such as squares, triangles, and circles.
Therefore, whether I am drawing, designing, or writing,
I will thoroughly understand, reinforce, and refine the basics,
So as not to compromise the meaning and value
Of branding myself.
With this, I, Kunah Jung,
In keeping with a name that embraces basic shapes like squares, triangles and circles,
Declare myself as someone who, having thoroughly refined the basics, expands into all shapes,
And ultimately creates a brand that shines like a diamond in the world.
Thirdly,
This time, I disassembled all the consonants and vowels of my name and reassembled them.
ㅇ + • + ㅡ + ㄴ + ㄱ +ㅣ = 온기 (“Warmth)
> A person who is filled with human warmth.

Reinventing and presenting myself to the world, my own branding, Kunah Jung!
I run while checking ahead and behind me, but I don't know where I will end up.
It might take years. But, throughout this entire process, my dream will carry me to the end.
I believe in myself.
With this, I, Kunah Jung,
Surpassing my current self and being better in the future,
I believe in my infinite potential more than my current self,
I can extend the warmth radiating from within me to the world.
I announce that I am a person who will create my own brand.
A face made with my name.
It's not a pretty face.
But it’s round and resembles me.
Kunah.
I didn't know it was a pretty name.
Because my parents gave it to me,
They were just a few letters that accompanied me throughout my life.
But.
I decided to create my own branding.
First, I broke down my name, which represents me, and explored its deeper meaning.
