성공보다 성장이 더 중요한 시대가 되었습니다.
이 세상 모든 사람이 똑같이 성공할 수 있을까요? 안타깝게도 모든 사람이 똑같이 성공할 수는 없습니다. 하지만 모든 사람이 자신의 특성에 맞게 성장할 수는 있습니다. 이제 한 사람 한 사람의 성장과 가치가 중요한 시대가 되었습니다. 이제 성공보다는 성장이 더 중요하고, 성공보다는 가치가 더 중요합니다. 누구나 성공할 수는 없지만, 누구나 성장할 수 있고 가치 있는 삶을 살 수 있기 때문입니다.
그동안 많은 사람이 치열한 생존경쟁을 하면서 “1등이 성공”이라는 프레임 속에 갇혀버렸습니다. 만약 우리가 1등 하는 것이 성공이라고 정의한다면, 많은 사람이 아무리 열심히 노력해도 성공하는 사람은 단 한 명 밖에 나오지 않습니다. 그러나 어제의 자신보다 조금이라도 발전하는 것이 성공이라고 새롭게 정의한다면, 누구라도 인생에서 성공을 경험할 수 있습니다.
인생에서 올바른 성장을 중시하고 올바른 가치를 중요하게 여길 때, 모든 사람이 자존감을 지키며 각자의 방식으로 행복을 누릴 수 있습니다. 진정한 성공은 남과 비교하는 것이 아니라 과거의 자신보다 발전하는 것입니다. 이제부터 성장을 추구하며 행복을 찾고, 가치를 추구하며 행복을 찾는 문화가 우리 사회에 정착하기를 기원합니다. 그리고 변화된 시대 흐름에 맞게 모두가 개성 있게 성장하고, 의미 있는 가치를 창출하며 살아가기를 기원합니다.

In the meantime, many people have fallen into the frame of “being first is success” while competing fiercely for survival. If we define success as being first, no matter how hard many people try, only one person will succeed. However, if we redefine success as making even a little bit of progress over who we were yesterday, anyone can experience success in life.
When we value proper growth and value the right values in life, everyone can maintain self-esteem and enjoy happiness in their own way. True success is not about comparing yourself to others, but about improving beyond your past self. From now on, I hope that a culture of seeking happiness by pursuing growth, pursuing value, and finding happiness will take root in our society. And I hope that everyone will grow according to their individual characteristics and live by creating meaningful value for themselves in accordance with the changing times.
