이제 평생을 보장해 주는 직장은 없습니다.
이제 더 이상 평생직장은 없습니다. 인간의 수명은 늘어나고 회사의 수명은 짧아지는 시대가 되었습니다. 인간의 수명보다 회사의 수명이 짧아지니, 구조적으로 평생직장 개념이 있을 수 없습니다. 이제 늘어난 수명만큼 자신이 할 수 있는 직업을 찾아야 하는 시대가 되었습니다. 이제 평생을 보장해 달라고, 회사에 뼈를 묻게 해달라고, 회사에 울고불고 매달려도 아무 소용이 없습니다.
“이제 당신은 회사에 필요가 없습니다.”라고 회사가 퇴직 신호를 보내는데도 젖은 낙엽처럼 붙어 있으려고 애쓰면, 마음이 괴롭고 인생이 비참해집니다. 한 번뿐인 고귀한 인생을 인정도 받지 못하는 회사에서 자존심을 구겨가며 밥벌이를 위해 소비한다면 얼마나 억울하겠습니까? 자존감을 지키며 행복하게 살아야 하지 않겠습니까? 회사가 나가라고 권고하기 전에, 당당하게 스스로 나올 수 있도록 실력을 키우고 자기 일을 만들어야 합니다.
빠르게 변하는 환경 속에서 이제 누구라도 인생의 주인이 되어 자기 인생을 경영해야 합니다. 자신이 좋아하고 평생 할 수 있는 일을 발견하는 것은 인생의 최대 과제입니다. 직장에 다닌다고 평생직업이 저절로 생기는 건 아닙니다. 좋은 직장을 찾는 것보다, 평생직업을 찾는 것이 더욱 중요한 시대가 되었습니다. 이제 일생을 보장해 주는 평생직장은 없습니다. 변화된 시대에 주도적이고 선제적으로 대처해야 합니다. 자신이 행복하게 일할 수 있는 평생의 업(業)을 스스로 찾아야 합니다. 자신에게 의미 있고 가치 있는 일을 하면서 즐거운 인생 누리시기를 기원합니다.
Nowadays, there is no job that guarantees you for life.
There is no longer a job for life. We have entered an era where human lifespans are increasing and the lifespans of companies are becoming shorter. Since the lifespan of a company is shorter than the lifespan of a human being, the concept of lifelong employment cannot exist structurally. Now is the time to find a job that you can do on your own as your lifespan has increased. Now, there is no use crying and clinging to the company, asking the company to guarantee you a job for the rest of your life, asking the company to keep working for you until you die.
If you try to cling to the company like a wet leaf even though the company signals you to quit by saying, “You are no longer needed by this company.” your heart will be troubled and your life will be miserable. How resentful would you be if you were to spend your precious life trying to make a living at a company that doesn't respect you, thereby crushing your pride? Shouldn’t you also maintain your self-esteem and live happily? Before the company advises you to leave, you must develop your skills and create your own tasks so that you can confidently leave on your own.
In a rapidly changing environment, everyone must now become the master of their own life and manage their own life. Finding something you love and can do for the rest of your life is life's greatest task. Working at a company does not automatically create a lifelong job. Finding a lifelong job has become more important than finding a good company. Nowadays, there is no company that provides lifetime guarantees. You must respond proactively and preemptively to changing times. You must find a lifelong career that you can work on happily. I hope you enjoy a happy life while doing something meaningful and valuable to you.
