터널

터널은 어둠으로 시작된다.
어린 시절, 시골에서의 생활 반경 안에는 터널이 없었다.
지금처럼 고속도로가 뻥뻥 뚫리기 전의 이야기지만.
나에게 인상적인 첫 터널은 부산 구덕터널이다.
그 터널은 늘 버스를 타고 지나다녔다.
그럴 때면 습관적으로 깊은숨을 들이마시고 터널 끝까지 숨을 참았다.
1.87KM 끝까지 숨 참기를 성공할 때도 있었고, 실패할 때도 있었다.
선택지가 있다면 터널이 아닌 평지나 산길로 가고 싶었다.
고속도로가 많아지면서 터널이 꽤 많아지고 길어졌다.
이제는 숨을 참았다가는 큰일이 날 수도 있다.
동쪽으로 남쪽으로 가는 길이 빨라져서 좋은데, 터널 안에서는 자연 풍광을 즐길 수 없어 아쉽다.
터널이 너무 많아져서 이제는 터널 이름마저도 무성의하다.
서울양양고속도로는 OO1터널, OO2터널로 이름 붙이기 시작해서 10을 넘기기도 한다.
그 숫자를 세다가 지칠 정도이다.
근처 호수공원에도 터널이 생겼다.
등나무로 터널을 만들고, 그 안에 그늘을 드리웠다.
그 나무 터널도 밤이 되면 제법 어둡다.
터널이 재미있는 것은 어두워서 들어가기 망설이게 하지만, 그 끝엔 환한 빛이 있다.
터널은 늘 나오기 위해 들어가는 느낌이다.
The tunnel begins with darkness.
When I was young, there were no tunnels in my life in the countryside.
That was before the highways were as wide open as they are now.
The first tunnel that left an impression on me was the Busan Gudeok Tunnel.
I always passed that tunnel by bus.
Back then, I habitually took a deep breath at the entrance of the tunnel and held my breath until the end of the tunnel.
Sometimes I succeeded in holding my breath until the end of 1.87 km, and sometimes I failed.
If I had a choice, I would go on a flat land or a mountain road instead of a tunnel.
As the number of highways increased, the number of tunnels increased and their lengths increased.
If I held my breath like I used to, I could be in big trouble.
It’s good that the road from east to south is faster, but it’s a shame that I can’t enjoy the natural scenery inside the tunnel.
There are so many tunnels that even the names of the tunnels are now meaningless.
The Seoul-Yangyang Expressway started out with names like OO1 Tunnel and OO2 Tunnel, and now it has more than 10 tunnels.
I'm tired of counting those numbers.
A tunnel was also created in a nearby lake park.
They made a tunnel with wisteria trees and cast shade inside.
The funny thing is that the tunnel is dark and makes you hesitate to enter, but there is a bright light at the end.
It always feels like you enter the tunnel to get out.
トンネル は闇から始まる。
幼い頃、田舎での生活の中には トンネル がなかった。
それは今のように高速道路がぽんぽんと開通する前の話だ。
印象的な初めての トンネル は釜山九徳トンネル だ。
その トンネル はいつも バス に乗って通っていた。
その時、私は習慣的に トンネル の入り口で深呼吸し、トンネル の端まで息を止めた。
1.87KM の最後まで息を止めることに成功した時もあり、失敗した時もあった。
選択できるなら、トンネル ではなく平地や山道に行きたかった。
高速道路が多くなり、トンネル も多くなり、長さも長くなった。
今、昔のように息を止めたら大変なことになるかもしれない。
東に南に行く道が速くなって良いが、トンネル の中では自然風光を楽しむことができず残念だ。
トンネル があまりにも多くなり、今は トンネル の名前さえも誠意がない。
ソウル襄陽高速道路は OO1 トンネル、OO2 トンネル と名付け始めて10 を越えることもある。
その数字を数えて疲れるほどだ。
近くの湖水公園にも トンネル ができた。
藤で トンネル を作り、その中に陰を垂らした。
その木の トンネル も夜になるとかなり暗い。
面白い事実は トンネル は暗くて入るのをためらわせるが、その先には明るい光がある。
トンネル はいつも出るために入る感じだ。
어쩜, 터널은 끝이 있는 줄 아니깐 들어갈 수 있는 것 아닐까!
