Autumn’s Hesitant Arrival

“Obviously,”
she said blankly.
For some reason, her face got very pale. Alexander tried to determine the caller’s intention, but he couldn’t see any clues. He revealed several key pieces of evidence against Sarah, and two clues clearly about Cynthia.
“We checked every video from Chloe, and there’s nothing we can add to her charges. The 3 videos we already sent to the court are enough,"
he said, locking his fingers together behind his head.
Cynthia was on the chair again, falling deep in thought. He approached her from the back, hugged her with both his hands on her brassiere, grabbing her breasts softly.
He whispered in her ear,
“Will you take a bath with me?”
Alexander turned on the faucet of the bathtub. He checked the temperature of the water, and took off all he was wearing. Naked, he plunged his whole body in the pleasantly warm water.
Cynthia came in wearing a shower gown. She had something that looked like a rose-shaped object in her hand. While Alexander stared at the object, Cynthia put the object below the water from the faucet.
In an instant, the object melted in the warm water, filling the water with bubbles and a beautiful pearl purple color. Alexander was surprised by this this splendid change in atmosphere.
“What is it?”
he asked.
“A bath balm,”
she answered, while she took off her gown. Her bare body filled the space next to Alexander. He kissed her.
“You can enjoy the dazzling fragrance and the feeling. It’s amazing,”
she explained.
He smelled rose and lemon. He gathered water in both his palms. The water twinkled slightly with the purple pearl haze of the bath balm. The feeling of the water filled by balm was pleasantly slippery.
