"She is like an eccentric. Usually Raul and I cannot get what she is talking about. She always tries to talk of poetry, philosophy, literary things which none of us are interested in. Not only that. Her imagination . . . I mean, when we're walking on the beach, she wonders what's out there in the deepest oceans. From microorganisms to huge monsters. When she sees somebody, she tries to guess what kind of life that person must have. Just weird.
But I like her. I cannot hate her because the person whom I love loves her. Alexander was confused,
"What do you mean?"
"She didn't tell you of her life before she came here, did she?"
she stubbed out her cigarette on the ground.
"Give her some time until she is ready to reveal it on her own. Here's her number. And you can find her in the library over there in the morning. She studies there everyday. And don't tell her about what happened between you and Raul,”
her tone of voice was like a warning.
"Natalie will leave anyway and I don't want her to think Raul did some idiotic thing to prevent you from meeting her. So, I would be very thankful if you kept that between us."
"Leave? To where?”
