The most impressive short story inside this book was ‘Christmas Gift’. On some Christmas, Della had only $1.87 for a gift to her boyfriend. She wanted to buy a surprising gift for him, but, there was no enough money. That moment, she thought a amazing idea. She went outside to sell her hair! She got $20 for selling it and bought a watch chain. They met at home and gave each other the gift. Della bought a watch chain for him, But, he had already selled it, and his boy friend gave a beautiful hair clip, but, Della had already sold it. By selling the impotant things, each other's gifts become useless...

After I read this story, I thought that we should not sell an important thing to me. Della and his boy friend both selled an important thing for them and bought an important thing for each other. This situation made me sad and I could feel love be between two of them. After this situation, I felt that true heart is a more valuable gift.

In the future, I will never sell important things for me. This book gave me a big moral for me.
