트럼프의 철강/알루미늄 관세 때리기
트럼프 행정부가 결국 철강과 알루미늄에 관세를 적용하는 조처를 단행했다. 번역을 거치지 않은 원문에 담긴 맥락을 보고 싶어 공개된 Executive Order를 찬찬히 읽어봤다. (관심 있으신 분들은 아래 링크 참고)
