GRIT

I searched about the meaning of 'GRIT' on google. There were lots of definitions but finally, I concluded that GRIT means the effort of individuals. The author of the book GRIT, Angela Lee Duckworth, said GRIT is yet the subject of our research. Since I watched her ted lecture, I suspected about the fairness of GRIT. I don't think that GRIT is the golden key to social success. However, GRIT is definitely a basic element for a better life but not applies to everyone. In my radical opinion, GRIT is a comforting myth for business leaders in the modern world. The myth gives the hope of success to everyone. But this is too far from the truth. In conclusion, I doubt about GRIT.
