5. The 3rd Strategy
I have failed twice from the start.
The Birth Revolution is an Enlightenment Revolution.
Its life depends on propagation.
Mobilize the IPS.
The Impossible Possible Secret
1. First, conclude that it is possible.
2. Second, find every way to make it happen.
3. Third, eliminate every reason why it can’t be done.
● The 1st Strategy: The Key Man—Failure
Paradoxically, new concept grew stronger and faster when it started from a single person. All the more so when it comes to a new ideology.
The principle: each key man spread the message to ten people.
1. In 2000—Success
A new business model.
I staked everything I had.
I made ten people understand perfectly.
One became a key man—he spread the message to ten more voluntarily. The rest knew, but did not spread it.
However, even this alone was a huge success, because all ten came to know what they had no idea before. All joined and paid me $239 each for the new business.
10 → 100 → 1,000 people.
Each tenfold exponential growth starts slowly at first, but accelerates over time. Each exponential step takes equally long.
I reached 1,000 from the first 10 people in only three months.
I had three cofounders in that business.
2. This time—Failure
The Birth Revolution.
I stake my life.
I planned each step would take six months by the same method.
Six months: 10 → 100 → 1,000 people.
Six months each:
1,000 → 10,000 → 100,000 → 1 million → 10 million → 50 million (the whole population of South Korea)
Three years in total.
However, even after a year, nothing worked from the start.
As we saw in the previous survey, I made six persons understand in detail.
A key woman and a key man appeared.
She is in 50s, and he in 40s. They’re ordinary citizens.
33% of the success ratio.
It was wonderful.
They tried to spread and I supported them closely.
They were the first step of the revolution.
But they couldn’t explain The Birth Revolution.
Who and how on earth can anybody do that?
Above all, revolution?
I stand alone, while the two key figures are isolated.
