12. See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.

13. But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. Amen!

I need to be awaken with the holy spirit always, so that my heart may not be hardened by sin's deceitfulness, as satans are just searching for the way to make me turn away from God. It seems to use my arrogance, ignorance, or most of time, it uses my self-esteem or love for myself, which is a good thing, but it oftentimes works as the weapon to attack others, ending up hurting myself as well. So in this hot summer season, i just pray that i won't fall down because of this kind of temptation, but rather stand in faith, caring for others today, not delaying it tomorrow. On top of that, i pray that i care for my heart and soul to be softened by the holy spirit, like a soft ice cream, which is my favorite dessert, and i'd love to go out and eat it right now;)
