마태복음(Mat) 5장

44. 나는 너희에게 이르노니 너희 원수를 사랑하며 너희를 핍박하는 자를 위하여 기도하라

44. But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

46. 너희가 너희를 사랑하는 자를 사랑하면 무슨 상이 있으리요 세리도 이같이 아니하느냐

46. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that?

47. 또 너희가 너희 형제에게만 문안하면 남보다 더 하는 것이 무엇이냐 이방인들도 이같이 아니하느냐

47. And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that?

48. 그러므로 하늘에 계신 너희 아버지의 온전하심과 같이 너희도 온전하라

48. Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

This command and message seems very hard for me to keep as it seems to go beyond humane nature. Moreover, while I am getting older and older, I feel like this is getting much harder than ever, because I have come to meet more people and experience much more bad things throughout my life. 

Actually, I have been feeling painful on seeing and experiencing them these days, but when I read this last verse, quote, "Be perfect as my Father is perfect." I sighed in a moment. 

However, the trueth is that I will have to obey His first and foremost command, "Love your neighbors!", taking away all my judgment, hatred, and prejudice that I have kept in mind in the name of justice and goodness.

Not tomorrow, just right now.
