22. 또 너희가 내 이름을 인하여 모든 사람에게 미움을 받을 것이나 나중까지 견디는 자는 구원을 얻으리라

22. You will be hated by everyone because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

23. 이 동네에서 너희를 핍박하거든 저 동네로 피하라 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 이스라엘의 모든 동네를 다 다니지 못하여서 인자가 오리라

23. When you are persecuted in one place, flee to another. Truly I tell you, you will not finish going through the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.

Until Jesus' second coming, I feel like that I should fight for the gospel and endure with faith and prayer because this generation is getting more wicked and people are losing love toward God and humans. When I was persecuted, I was said to flee to another place, which made sense and worked well. I need to hold on to the Word of God, being awake, as it is the truth and the way of life. Though I have never experienced any spiritual persecutions yet, I am fighting against evil emotions and thoughts that come from others, who are equally sinners like me. I hope and pray that I stand firm all the time, anchoring on His Word and good promises of life.
