16. These are the names of the men Moses sent to explore the land. (Moses gave Hoshea son of Nun the name Joshua.)
20. 토지의 후박과 수목의 유무니라 담대하라 또 그 땅 실과를 가져오라 하니 그 때는 포도가 처음 익을 즈음이었더라
20. How is the soil? Is it fertile or poor? Are there trees in it or not? Do your best to bring back some of the fruit of the land.” (It was the season for the first ripe grapes.)
I think again of the leadership of Moses, and I'd like to learn how to be a good leader from him. He seems to learn from God how to choose a future leader, like Joshua among many accociates, by giving a new name, which was also God's way.
Second thing is that he was telling the details of the information and even fruits of the land that the senders should get. The land is the right place where they should conquer and live in, so it must be known well to Moses, so it seems to be smart and desirable measures.
Lastly, I think of the meaning of the fruits that they would bring, and it seems like one of the ways that they can get any visions or objectives through it.
Seeing is believing. As I have seen Jesus through a vison, so I could believe Him. They could have any vision of getting the lands and imagine of living on there, eating honey and drink milk as God had promised. However, there is nothing that we can get without any pain and sweats. In a word, no sweats no gain!
The principle of His kingdom is the same, so what kind of friut should I get today?
