3) Reachable conversation- Listen carefully to the other person and accept their feeling of her.

Because you have to stand perfectly in the other person's position. From the IMF crisis in 1997 to the present, there are 50 million cases in the Korean society of 50 million people. If you are listening to the other person's story, there are very few people who will realistically listen, but there are many cases where it is very difficult to stand in the other person's position. Most of the time, they themselves are tired of life, and even if they have some financial and mental leeway, it is difficult to stand in the other person's position easily because of human nature's greed to go to a higher place. The solution to this problem has long since entered an impossible stage that no one can do. In Korean society, where leaders are absent, the key is to become a recognized leader in real life, not just verbal research or study. Finally, who would sacrifice for whom in the current Korean society!
