또한 AI를 활용해 정보를 전달하더라도 결국 고객이 구매까지 하도록 논의하고, 설득하고, 회유하고, 협박하고, 확신을 주는 소통을 해야 함
즉 방대한 정보를 바탕으로 상대방과 커뮤니케이션하고 관계를 구축/강화하는 역량이 더 중요해짐
예컨대 경영컨설턴트도 원격이든 대면이든 고객과 접촉하며 고객의 니즈를 파악하고, 맞춤화하고, 고객 충성도를 높여야 함
While AI has accelerated work processing and replaced some human tasks, there are still tasks that only humans can perform and that AI cannot replace, and this area will determine career success.
Even if AI gathers and analyzes information, someone must ultimately make decisions and give approval.
Furthermore, even if information is conveyed using AI, communication involving discussion, persuasion, coaxing, intimidation, and assurance is still required to ultimately lead the customer to make a purchase.
In other words, the ability to communicate with others based on vast amounts of information and to build or strengthen relationships is becoming more important.
For example, management consultants must also interact with clients, whether remotely or in person, to identify their needs, customize services, and make themselves as sticky as possible to customers.
