윤석열 대통령이 네덜란드 정상회담 기자회견에서 ‘반도체동맹’을 말했으나, 11월 총선 패배에서 은퇴를 선언하고 다음 연정에서 퇴진하는 네덜란드 총리는 ‘광범위한 방위협력’으로 말해 격차가 크다.

뤼터 총리는 "대한민국은 일본, 미국, 뉴질랜드와 함께 나토에 매우 긴밀하게 협력하는 국가 중 하나"라며 "원예·농업 같은 전통적인 것에서 사이버 안보, 광범위한 국방 방위 협력이나 반도체 등까지 주요한 (협력)"으로 밝히며 ‘반도체 동맹’은 회피했다.

지난달 22일 네덜란드 총선에서 충격적 승리를 거둔 극우 의원 Geert Wilders는 13일 의회 토론 중 "모든 네덜란드인의 총리가 되고 싶다“고 말했으나 외신들은 연정 구성이 어려울 것으로 보도했다.
