이재명 ‘금투세 유예’ 윤석열 ‘건국절 강행’ 독립운동에 ‘반국가 불법’
이재명 전 대표가 ‘정책 실패로 증시 하락해 금투세 유예’를 밝혔고, 윤석열 대통령은 ‘민생우선에 건국절 강행’를 말하면서 일본 식민지 치하의 독립운동에 대해 ‘반국가 불법 단체’ 규정을 가동했다.
이 전 대표는 대표 출만선언에서 ‘만생이 정치’이고 ‘먹고사는 문제가 최우선이라 대표가 되겠다’고 선언했으며, 윤 대통령은 1948년 건국절 규정 제도화에 ‘국민이 먹고살기 힘든데 건국절 논쟁 무의미’를 밝혀 공조 체제를 보였다.
이 전 대표는 13일 민주당 대표 후보자 방송토론회에서 “현재 주식시장이 너무 나쁜데 그 원인이 주로 정부 정책 잘못이기 때문에 지금 상황에선 (금투세) 잠시 유예하거나 일시적으로 완화할 필요가 있겠다”고 ‘정책 과오에 조세 유예’ 구조를 밝혔다.
윤 대통령은 13일 독립기념관장 임명에서 제기된 ‘건국절’에 대해 “먹고살기 힘든 국민들에게 무슨 도움이 되겠는가”라며 “건국절 논쟁은 민생과 관련 없는 불필요한 이념 논쟁”이라고 말했다.
윤 대통령은 올해 광복절 경축사에서 "북한 주민들이 자유에 눈을 뜨도록 만들고, 북한의 미래 세대들에게 자유 통일의 꿈과 희망을 주겠다"고 북한 정권 배제로 ‘북한 주민에 자유 통일’을 15일 선언한다고 TV조선이 14일 보도했다.
김형석 독립기념관장은 “일제 시대의 우리 국적은 일본”으로 답변해 관장에 임명됐고, '한국인 일본 국적‘을 통해 ’독립운동 전체에 반국가 불법‘ 체제로 규정했다.
이종찬 광복회장은 14일 “백범 김구 선생이 고하 송진우를 죽인, 암살한 테러리스트로 전락시키려는 이 거대한 작업이 지금 진행되고 있다”면서 “이승만 대통령을 치켜세우고 이 기회에 김구는 죽여버리자, 이런 음모인 것 같다”고 CBS라디오에 밝혔다.
이 회장은 이어 “보이지 않는 손도 있고 다 일당이 돼 있어서 너의 역할은 이건데 네가 그 역할을 안 하고 빠진다면 전체적인 구조가 무너지는 것 아니냐 하는 그런 시스템이 돼 있는 것”이라며 “인사가 그냥 개별적인 인사가 아니라 모두 그 구조 속에서 일어나는 인사 같다. 윤 대통령이 모를 수도 있고 윤 대통령에게 다른 말을 하면서 그런 구조를 만들 수도 있고 또 윤 대통령이 알면서 그냥 양해하는 것일 수도 있고 분간은 못하겠다”고 밝혔다.
이재명 민주당 체제는 급조한 당원주권주의 이념으로 전당대회를 개최했고, 이 전 대표는 출마선언에서 “안보가 곧 민생”이라며 “다수당 민주당 책임 정치는 민생”으로 제한하고 ‘먹사니즘’ 이데올로기에 의거한 정당 민주주의 배제로 “강한 민주주의와 당원중심 대중정당‘의 이중 구조로 전환하며 ’당원‘이 ’민주주의‘를 지배하도록 선택했다
헌법 1조는 <대한민국의 주권은 국민에게 있고, 모든 권력은 국민으로부터 나온다>로 국민주권주의이고, 이 대표는 ‘당원주권주의로 당원권 강화’를 통해 국민주권과 당원주권을 분리하고 당원주권에 국민주권 우선으로 밝혔다.
‘금융투자세(금투세)’는 5,000만 원 이상의 금융투자 소득 투자자에게 최소 20% 세금 부과 제도로 도입 예정으로. 지난해 1월 도입에서 이미 2년 미뤄지면서 내년 1월 시행 예정이다.
한국의 증시는 문재인 정부가 경기부양 전략으로 미래 산업을 부각시키고 증시에서 먼저 상승하며 경기 상승을 유도하는 방식에서, 미국 IRA 보조금제도에 우선 투입의 한국 정부 재벌 공조체제로 배터리 명분 미국 투자로 미국서 외화 대출 강화 전략으로 주가 폭등체제 만들기 방식이며, 이에 편승한 LG엔솔은 보조금을 먼저 수익 회계에 반영하며 주가가 치솟았고 미국 보조금 제도가 보편화되며 주가가 추락했으며, 이재명 대선 후보 선거공약은 '코스피 5000'이었다.
윤 대통령은 지난해 광복절 경축사에서 “독립운동은 자유민주주의 건국 운동”이라며 “일본은 이제 우리와 보편적 가치 공유하고 공동 이익 추구 파트너”로 ‘자유 독립 안보 동맹국’으로 규정하고 우리 국민에 대한 심리전으로 ‘반국가 제거’를 개시했다.
윤 대통령의 이날 광복절 선언은 '공동이익 일본 파트너와 연대해 반국가세력 준동을 사라지게 하자'면서 실제 '한일연대로 반국가 제거' 선언이 된다.
윤 대통령은 광복절 축사로 특히 “반국가세력들의 준동은 쉽게 사라지지 않을 것”이라며 “공산전체주의 세력은 늘 민주주의 운동가, 인권운동가, 진보주의 행동가로 위장하고 허위 선동과 야비하고 패륜적 공작을 일삼아 왔다. 우리는 결코 이러한 공산전체주의 세력, 그 맹종 세력, 추종 세력들에게 속거나 굴복해서는 안 된다. 자유민주주의는 반드시 승리한다는 믿음과 확신, 그리고 함께하는 연대의 정신이 매우 중요하다”고 말해 반국가에 대해 ‘소멸’이 아니라 ‘강제 제거’를 적용했다.
윤 대통령은 유엔총회에서 2023년 9월 20일 "한 국가 내에서 어느 개인의 자유가 위협받을 때 공동체 구성원들이 연대해 그 위협을 제거하고 자유를 지켜야 한다"고 '극우체제 구축'을 국제사회에 선언했다.
이재명 전 대표는 6일 "윤석열 대통령을 한번 다시 만나고 싶다"고 말했고, 박찬대 대표대행은 7일 최고위원회에서 “민생 경제 위기를 극복하기 위한 여야 영수회담”을 제안하며 "민생 경제가 손 쓸 수 없는 중병 단계로 가기 전에 정치권이 문제를 해결해야 한다"고 재차 영수회담을 요구했다.

The Lee Jae-myung Democratic Party system held a national convention with the hastily created ideology of party member sovereignty, and former leader Lee limited the responsibility of the majority party Democratic Party to the people’s livelihood in his declaration of candidacy, saying, “Security is the people’s livelihood,” and chose to shift to a dual structure of “strong democracy and a party-centered mass party” by excluding party democracy based on the ideology of “foodie-ism,” and let “party members” dominate “democracy.”
