이재명 ‘다시 대한민국’ 트럼프 마가 도입 ‘주식우위 해고 관세’ 강경보수

이재명 민주당 대표가 ‘다시 대한민국’ 슬로건으로 트럼프 경경보수체제의 ‘다시(어게인)’의 마가(MAGA, 미국을 다시 위대하게)를 직접 단독 도입하고 ‘경제성장 우위’ 극우체제 가동을 밝혔다.

이 대표는 민주당을 대외에 상징하는 최고회의가 열리는 벽면에 ‘다시 대한민국’을 큰 글씨로 장식하고 신년 기자회견에서 “위대한 대한민국은 다시 우뚝 설 것”을 반복 연설했다.

이 대표의 23일 선언은 ‘새 성장공간에서 기회 나누기’의 ‘공정 성장’을 한국 정치체제로 선언하고, “정치 양극화는 경제 양극화가 원인”이라며 “주식시장 선진화 활성화가 국민을 부자로 만드는 가장 쉬운 길”이라고 정치 길등이 최고조인 국민을 주식 시장에 몰아넣어 정치 충돌이 더 고조될 것으로 보인다.

이 대표의 '당원주권주의'로 당권 지배에 측근 충원이 장악하며 정당의 핵심 정강 기조를 단독 결정하게 만들고, 정당 고유의 합의 참여 기능이 원천 배제되면서 대외 종속 강화가 강경보수로 드러나고 있다.

이 대표는 대선 공약에서 '코스피 5천'을 구호호 내세웠고, 이번 민주당 정강 정책에서 이를 공식 도입하지 않아 '주식으로 국민 부자'의 '다시 대한민국'은 정당과 무관해 보인다.

트럼프 체제는 이미 '공정'에 대해 '공정을 위해 보복 관세 이민자 추방 정책'을 채택해 '공정이 보복'으로 전환됐다.

이 대표의 '공정성장'은 공간 확대에 국내외 주식 투자 확대에 의존해 애초부터 '주식으로 위대하게'의 정치경제 체제 가동이고 트럼프의 마가인 '관세 보복' 지배에서 트럼프 진영의 거대 사모펀드들에 의한 '고수익 고위험 급등락' 투기장 만들기가 된다.

이 대표의 '주식 위대하게'와 '공정경쟁' 강제 결합으로 미국 사모펀드에 편승한 한국 기관투자가와 개미투자가의 대결이 한층 강화되며, 미국 금리 예측 능력이 부족한 한국 증권사 언론 플레이에 의존하는 한국 경제 지표와 기업 미래 가치 분석의 기형 구조를 통해 주식 시장이 자본 투자에 종속 가능성이 커졌다.

마가로 당선된 트럼프 미 대통령은 21일 기자회견으로 “중국은 (자유무역 체제) 남용자이지만, 유럽은 나쁘다. 아주 나쁘다. 그들을 대상으로 관세를 매길 것”이라며 “그것이 공정성을 되찾을 유일한 방법”이라고 마가에 의거한 ‘새 공정경제 체제’ 가동에 ‘공정은 보복'을 새로 정의했다.

트럼프의 기자회견은 이어 ‘마가 관세 보복’으로 “다음달부터 중국에 10% 관세를 매길 수 있다”고 밝혔다.

이 대표의 ‘한국식 트럼프 마가 선언’은 주식 시장 투자가 ‘성장 기회 나누기’ 명분에 따라 국가 체제와 국민 개인을 주식 변동에 그대로 노출시켜 사회적 긴장 고조의 트럼프 ‘미국위대하게’의 마가 체제 강경보수 전략 도입에 해당된다.

이 대표는 전날(22일) 최고회의가 열린 당 대표실 백드롭(뒤 걸개)에 '회복과 성장, 다시 대(大)한민국'이 윤석열 정부의 대표 슬로건과 겹친다는 지적에 대해 "윤석열 대통령실 벽에 걸린 구호가 '다시 대한민국'인데 이걸 쓰면 되겠냐는 논란이 있었으나 알면서도 내가 쓰자고 했다"며 “윤 대통령이 썼던 구호면 어떤가. 좋은 구호면 쓰면 된다. (중략) 양극화를 완화하고, 파괴된 민생 회복하기 위한 유일한 길은 새로운 성장의 길을 개척해야 한다"고 ‘성장우위 국가체제’로 '정당 정강 단독 결정 지배체체'를 공식화했다.

이 대표는 계엄 사태 발발 직후 미국 보수 경제지인 월스트리트저널과 단독 인터뷰로 “나를 한국의 트럼프라 부른다”면서 ‘나는 실용주의자“라고 발언했다.

이 대표는 ‘다시 대한민국’ 구호 백드롭 채택에 대해 최고위원회의에서 "쥐만 잘 잡으면 되지, 그게 까만 고양이든 흰 고양이든 회색 고양이든 무슨 상관인가"라고 말해 등소평의 ‘흑묘백묘’를 도입해 포장용으로 썼다.

민주당 대표실 백드롭은 탄핵 사태에서 지난해 12월 14일 '국민과 함께 내란극복, 국정안정'이 걸렸었다.

‘흑묘백묘’는 <문화대혁명은 경제적 침체 면치 못하여 (중략) 문화혁명의 실질적 집행부 4인방이 제거되고, 1977년 덩샤오핑(등소평)이 베이징 축구장에 모습을 드러냈고, 1979년 미국 방문에서 돌아와 "흑묘백묘 주노서 취시호묘 (黑猫白猫 抓老鼠 就是好猫, 검은 고양이든 흰 고양이든 쥐만 잘 잡으면 된다"고 말했다>고 ‘나무위키’에 나온다.

트럼프의 마가는 경경보수 체제 선거 구호로 소셜미디어상에서 ‘마가(MAGA·Make America Great Again) 할머니’로 통했던 헴필은 22일 뉴욕타임스에 자신은 “더 이상 트럼프를 지지하지 않는다”며 “2020년 대선이 도난당했다는 트럼프의 ‘거짓말’도 믿지 않는다”고 말하고 의사당 난입 범죄에 60일 징역형과 보호관찰 3년 형을 트럼프 취임 첫날 사면했으나 이를 거부하고 다시 ‘범죄자’가 됐다.

헴필은 “트럼프 정부가 역사를 다시 쓰려고 한다”며 “나는 그런 일의 일부가 되고 싶지 않다. 우리는 그날 틀렸고, 법을 어겼다. 사면은 없어야 한다”고 ‘사면 거부’로 NYT에 밝혔다.

헴필은 70대 고령에도 불구하고 마가 선거 구호에 선동가로 의사당 난입에 가담했고, ‘미국의 다시 위대하게’의 열렬한 신자였으나 ‘트럼프 범죄자 사면’에 반대해 이를 철회했다.

최상목 대통령 권한대행은 21일 트럼프 대통령 취임 축하 메시지로 ‘다시 위대하게’를 보냈다.

최 대행은 이날 X(트위터)에 영문으로 “트럼프 대통령과 JD 밴스 부통령의 취임을 축하한다. 대한민국은 제45대 때처럼 제47대 대통령 때도 한미동맹을 다시 위대하게(Great Againt) 만들기 기대한다”고 ‘트럼프의 ’MAGA'를 도입했다.

트럼프 체제의 ‘다시 위대하게’인 마가 체제는 대통령이 21일 직접 소셜미디어에 전 정부에서 임명된 관료들에게 "당신 해고다(YOU'RE FIRED!)"고 발표했다.

Right after the outbreak of martial law, Representative Lee said in an exclusive interview with the Wall Street Journal, a conservative American economics magazine, "People call me the Trump of Korea," and "I am a pragmatist."

Regarding the adoption of the backdrop for the slogan "Republic of Korea Again," Representative Lee said at the Supreme Council meeting, "As long as we catch mice well, what does it matter whether it is a black cat, a white cat, or a gray cat?" and introduced Deng Xiaoping's "Black Cat and White Cat" and used it for packaging.
