이란은 상점, 기업, 관공서는 문을 닫거나 최소한의 시간으로 운영되면서 경제적 타격이 나타나면서 택시 운전사, 노동자, 서비스 노동자들에게서 생존 위기가 나타났다.

Iran, US, Israel ‘Separate Victory’ Israel ‘Eliminating the Immediate Threat’ on Ceasefire
Israel is showing ‘reservations’ on the temporary ceasefire approach through the declaration of ‘separate victory’ by Iran, US, and Israel.
Iran said on the 23rd, “They have not achieved their main goal,” and said it was a victory in ‘all-out war control to preserve nuclear facilities’, while the US attempted a ceasefire after receiving advance notice of Iran’s missile counterattack, and Israel seems to have achieved ‘weakening Iran’ through unlimited bombing for 12 days.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who continued his diplomatic activities by visiting Turkey, Russia, and Turkmenistan, said in an interview with an Iranian state television reporter after the missile attack on US troops stationed in Qatar,
“Their war against Iran has not achieved its goal,” and said, “I’m not saying they didn’t cause harm, but yes, they did. But they have not achieved their main goal of completely depriving us of all our capabilities or other goals they may have had,” and approached ‘victory’ on the 23rd. In a statement to Truth Social on the 23rd, President Trump thanked the Iranians for “giving us early notice so that no one was killed or injured,” and said, “They got everything out of their ‘system,’ and hopefully there will be no more hatred.”
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced Tuesday that Israel had “achieved all objectives” of its campaign in Iran and beyond after a meeting with his Cabinet, military and security chiefs on Monday night.
The statement said the “immediate” threat from nuclear-armed Iran had been eliminated, as had the threat to Israel from Iranian ballistic missiles.
An Israeli statement said a ceasefire had been agreed with Iran early Tuesday, and Iran said it had agreed to the deal, which was first announced by President Trump, just hours before Israel announced it.
The New York Times reported that “before the shooting at U.S. forces in Qatar, one of the Iranian officials said the plan was to make sure no Americans were killed,” because “any death would provoke the U.S. to retaliate, potentially setting off a vicious cycle of attacks.”
The Times continued, “The plan seemed to work. President Trump later said that 13 of the 14 Iranian missiles fired at Al Udeid had been shot down, that no Americans were killed or injured there, and that damage was minimal.”
“They also hoped that Washington would pressure Israel to end its airstrikes against Iran, which began long before the U.S. attack on Iran’s nuclear site and continued through Monday night.” The negotiations left open the question of what Iran would do next.
Iran’s limited strikes on US troops stationed in Qatar appear calculated to avoid a deeper conflict, but that does not necessarily mean the hostilities are over.
Western officials already acknowledge that despite the US strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities, they are not sure what happened to Iran’s uranium stockpile, and now Iran is expected to try to “negotiate relief” from the US-led sanctions, whether it has the ability to further enrich uranium and whether it could attempt a more covert form of attack.
Hours before the missile strikes on the US al-Udeid air base in Qatar, Iran began sending advance notice of the impending strike, relaying the message through intermediaries, Qatar closed its airspace in advance, and the Americans were warned. The Iranian government has been propagandizing the public that “airstrikes on the United States are the price of attacking Iran,” and in a televised speech, an Iranian military spokesman said the attack on the U.S. military base in Qatar was carried out by the Revolutionary Guard.
Iran held an emergency meeting of its Supreme National Security Council on Monday morning, shortly after the bombing, to discuss a counterattack against the United States.
Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei gave the order to strike from a bunker, four Iranian officials familiar with war planning told the Times.
The officials said the Ayatollah also sent instructions to “restrain the airstrikes to avoid an all-out war with the United States.”
“They said Iran wanted to strike U.S. targets in the region, but they were also eager to prevent more attacks from the United States,” the Times reported. The New York Times reported on the 24th that “Iranian state TV announced a ceasefire with Israel early Tuesday, hours after President Trump said a deal had been reached,” and that “there was no immediate comment from the Israeli government, which said ‘Iran’s military continues to fire missiles at Israel. ’”
President Trump announced the “ceasefire” after more than a week of missile attacks between Israel and Iran and a day after U.S. bombers struck Iran’s nuclear facilities, but it is unclear whether the ceasefire has taken effect as of about four hours later.
Israel’s emergency service Magen David Adom said early on the 24th that it had “confirmed a direct hit on a residential building in southern Israel following an Iranian missile launch,” adding that “at least three people were seriously injured, five others were slightly injured, and a third were moderately injured” at the scene of the clashes in southern Israel.
Analysts said this moment was a good opportunity for a ceasefire.
“All sides now have a narrative of victory, and they are avoiding the risk of being drawn into a larger conflict that would have serious consequences for the region and beyond,” Ali Vaez, Iran director for the International Crisis Group, told the Times of each country’s “victory declarations.” “The U.S. can say it has rolled back Iran’s nuclear program, Israel can say it has weakened Iran as a regional adversary, and Iran can say it has survived and fought back against a much more powerful military,” Vaez said. In Iran, the economic fallout has been felt as shops, businesses and government offices have closed or are operating at reduced hours, and taxi drivers, laborers and service workers are in a desperate need of survival.
“Our country is not capable of continuing this war,” Sadegh Norouzi, the leader of Tehran’s National Development Party, said at a town hall meeting, according to the Times. “We have economic problems, we have problems maintaining popular support, and we do not have the military and technological capabilities of Israel and the United States.”
“Iran should focus on the war with Israel and not on the war with the United States,” Iranian political analyst Karim Jafari wrote on social media. “The only thing Iran does not want right now is a broader, multi-front war without considering the consequences.” The White House’s economic escalation, the Times reported, “Even President Trump seems terrified by the mere prospect of rising energy costs, urging more domestic drilling on social media and asking companies to ‘keep prices down’ or they are ‘playing into the hands of the enemy’, and the president of the United States has written, ‘We’re watching!’”
“Uncertainties surrounding geopolitics and trade risk ‘squeezing household spending power’ in the coming months,” James Knightley, chief international economist at ING, told the Times. “With there already being ‘quite a bit of anxiety’ over tariffs, the fear now is that there could be another wave of pain for consumers ‘in the form of higher energy prices,’ and that would be a big negative,” he said.
