트럼프 이재명 ‘나만 할수 있다’ 컬트 추종자 인격숭배 독재

트럼프 미 대통령에 대해 ‘나만이 할수 있다’가 법치주의를 훼손하며 선거에 개입해 컬트적 추종자들이 지배하는 인격숭배 독재로 묘사됐다.

트럼프 체제가 강화하는 컬트(Cult) 지지자 중심 인격 숭배 권력에 대해 전문가들은 ‘의회 정부 조력자로 선거 독재’ 해석을 내놨다.

이재명 체제는 앞서 3일 ‘민주당에 당원주권주의로 당원 1인1표제’를 통해 ‘대의정치’에서 ‘당비 납부 당원’이 ‘절대 비중의 국비지원금’을 지배하고 ‘공천권 독점’으로 체제 전환했다.

미국의 출마 후보 정부 선거지원금은 ‘후보 개인’에게 ‘상세 해명과 법적 조치’로 오남용을 방지하고, 한국은 ‘정당에 선거지원금’으로 ‘정당 지배자와 지명 후보자간의 결탁에 의한 임의 사용과 회계 정산 무력화 체제’를 통해 무한정의 국고를 후보 개인 홍보로 사용하도록 수백억원이 ‘우선 지급’에 의해 기성 거대 정당 지배자의 독점권 재생산 강화체제로 변질됐다.

이재명 대통령은 정당과 행정부를 하위 지배체제에 두고 “못하나” “붙어볼까”로 상대 비하 명령의 SNS로 법치보다 ‘추종자와 적 구분’에서 인격숭배 통치로 강화되고 먼저 비서진과 행정관료들이 굴복 자세를 보인다.

트럼프 체제의 인격숭배에 대해 전국 정치 무대에 오른 이후로 이러한 주제들을 활용해 왔고 2016년 대통령 출마 당시 "나만이 고칠 수 있다"고 선언했고, 이제는 “대통령 권한을 확장하는 방법”이란 평가가 나왔다.

트럼프 대통령의 첫 임기 백악관 부대변인이었으나 1월 6일 국회의사당 공격 이후 항의하며 사임한 사라 매튜스는 "그는 권력에 취해 이미 거대한 자아를 가진 사람이며, 대통령직을 다시 당선하고 국민 투표에서도 승리하면서 더욱 부풀려진 사람이다"라며 “대통령이 '미국 국민에게 가장 좋은 것'에 집중하기보다는 '자신을 위한 기념비를 세우고', 적으로 인식되는 이들에게 복수하는 데 집중하고 있다고 뉴욕타임스에 말했다.

현재 야당 단체인 '용감한 집'에 소속된 매튜스 씨는 "이것은 이 대통령직이 나라를 위해 봉사하기보다는 한 사람을 높이는 데 더 초점을 맞추는 것이라는 인식을 강화한다"고 말했다.

전임 오마바 대통령의 부부를 원숭이 유인원 영상으로 SNS에 올린 사안을 두고 The American Conservative(미국 보수주의)의 전무이사 커트 밀스는 워싱턴포스트 2월 9일자에 "트럼프의 인격 숭배"라면서 “최근 몇 달간 정치 담론과 지난 10일간에서 점점 더 인격 숭배 개념이 돼왔다”고 NYT에 밝혔다.

백악관 특파원으로 6대 째 대통령을 취재하는 NYT기자는 “인격 중심 정치는 특정 정책 처방보다는 운동의 추종자들을 지도자와 더 묶어두어 그의 성공이나 실패를 그들의 것으로 만들고, 숭배와 충성은 중심이며 이념은 부차적이 되고, 지도자는 무오류이고, 독특하며, 심지어 이 역사적 순간에 신성하게 전달된 존재로 묘사된다”고 밝혔다.

강훈식 대통령비서실장은 14일 유뷰브에서 이 대통령의 집값 SNS 드라이브에 "준비된 정책이 아주 많다"며 "안정시킬 수 있다고 시장이 믿기 시작했다. 대통령의 공부량은 어마어마하다. 전 부처에서 올라오는 문서는 전부 확인한다“고 ‘초인적 공부 분량에 초과 정책’으로 발표했다.

그는 이어 "대통령이 보시고 그 동안의 경험치로 해결이 가능한 것은 패스하고 잘 모르는 건 또 검색한다"며 "생중계 타운홀미팅이나 국무회의 전에도 늘 공부한다. 이재명 대통령은 최초의 '스트리밍형 리더'가 되지 않을까"앞으로는 이미지 하나, 말 한마디로 되는 게 아니라 (3~4시간 국무회의) 실시간 생중계가 가능한 대통령이어야 하지 않을까“라고 전지전능의 국민 모두에게 직접 ‘행정 명령’ 체제 가동을 밝혔다.

강 실장은 "조세냐, 공급이냐, 입법이냐 등 많은데 그 어떤 것도 준비돼 있다. 한마디로 하면, 이재명은 합니다. 부동산으로 돈 벌던 시기도 있었지만 '부동산 불패'는 우리 정부에서 끝낸다는 생각"이라며, ‘말리는 참모 없었는가’ 질문에 "그렇지 않았다"고 답했다.

강 실장은 특히 "이 대통령의 실력을 본 게 코스피 5000 달성이고 그 이전에 한미 통상협상도 있었다"며 "(두 사안에) 참모들의 자세가 '어떻게 하면 됩니까'로 바뀌었다"고 ‘일방 통행 통치 비서진과 행정 관료들이 우선 굴복’으로 말했다.

이 대통령이 지난달 31일 SNS X로 "부동산 정상화는 5천피, 계곡 정비보다 훨씬 쉽고 중요한 일"이라며 "기회가 있을 때 잡으시기 바란다. 이번이 마지막 기회였음을 곧 알게 될 것"이라고 밝혔다. 부동산 투기세력에 최후통첩을 날리며 수도권 집값 안정에 대한 강한 의지를 드러낸 것으로 풀이된다.

이 대통령은 이날 <결국 급매 나왔네> 기사 하나를 올리고 ‘자신의 작전 성공’이라고 자평하며 ‘기회 있을 때 잡아라’고 경고하고, <비정상의 정상화, 부동산 투기는 실패할 것 같나요?> 제목을 X에서 <'불법계곡 정상화=계곡정비 완료', '불법 부정 판치던 주식시장 정상화=5천피 개막'> 도식으로 만들고, 이를 "망국적 부동산 정상화는 불가능할 것 같으냐"고 ‘위협적 단어를 일관했다.

이 대통령과 참모들의 발언은 '공급우위 강경보수 경기부양 전략에서 부동산보다 주식이 더 빠르고 유용하다'는 대외 압박과 입증이 내부 목표로 보인다.

트럼프 숭배 정치에 대해 뉴욕 주지사 캐시 호컬은 민주당 전당대회에서 공화당을 "단지 인격 숭배에 불과하다"고 말했고, 뉴욕의 척 슈머 상원의원, 민주당 대표는 민주주의가 "인격 숭배를 이길 것"이라고 말했다.

호주국립대학의 벤자민 E. 골드스미스 교수와 빈 대학교의 라스 J.K. 문 교수는 ‘트럼프 지지자들에 대한 영향력 연구’에서 "인격 숭배에 대한 확정된 정의는 없지만, 우리에게는 이것이 해당된다"면서 "우리에게 이것이 트럼프의 컬트적 추종자들이 미국 민주주의에 미치는 가장 큰 위협이다"라고 이메일 논평으로 발표했다.

공동 연구자들은 이에 "의회는 행정부가 재앙적인 정책을 내놓거나 법치주의를 훼손하거나 선거를 조작하려 할 때조차도 조력자로 변모한다“며 ”이 시스템은 선거 독재로 변모할 수 있다. 우리는 이미 그 길을 꽤 많이 가고 있을 거라고 확신한다"고 밝혔다.

NYT는 “이 현상(트럼프 지지자 인격숭배)에 관한 논문을 정치 심리학 저널에 발표한 두 학자는 인격 숭배가 트럼프 대통령이 공화당 예비선거, 우파 언론, 그리고 의회 내 당내 다수당을 지배할 수 있게 했다고 말했다”면서 “트럼프 대통령에 반대하는 자는 반역자로 간주되어 그에 맞는 처벌을 받는다”고 밝혔다.

이재명 대통령은 14일 새벽 X에 <사법 개혁> 계정이 올린 ‘정영학 녹취록 조작사례 3’을 첨부해 '위례 신도시 개발비리 사건'에서 검찰이 증거로 제출한 '윗 어르신' 녹취록에 대해 "황당한 증거조작"이라며 "무수히 많은 사례 중 하나일 뿐"이라고 발표했다.

이 대통령은 앞서 5일 X에 '위례 신도시 개발비리 사건'의 검찰 항소 포기 발표를 두고 "법리상 되지도 않는 사건"이라며 "나를 엮어보겠다고 대장동 녹취록을 '위례신도시 얘기'에서 '윗 어르신 얘기'로 변조해서 증거로 내더니"라고 ‘자신 관련 법적 사건’에 대해 직접 발표했다.

집권 민주당은 대통령의 대장동 사건 변호인의 이건태 의원과 국회의장 출마자인 조정식 의원 등이 정당에서 최초로 ‘이 대통령 사건 공소 취소·국정조사 추진을 위한 의원 모임’을 12일 결성하며 ‘공소 취소’가 국비 지원 정당의 핵심 정치 강령이 됐다.

민주당은 당내에 ‘정치검찰 조작기소 대응특별위원회’ 등 별도 조직과 별도로 의원 모임이 그간 국정조사를 추진해왔고, ‘조작기소 대응’을 아예 ‘공소 취소’로 확장하며 정당이 대통령에 대해 ‘사면권 행사 기구’로 전환해 국민 직접 선거 선출권 우위를 보장한 헌법의 ‘국민주권주의’를 위반했다.

이 대통령은 1월 21일 신년 기자회견에서 대북 정책을 '저자세'로 표현한 신문 사설에 대해 "그럼 고자세로 한판 뜰까요"라고 발언했다.

이 대통령은 북한과의 관계를 두고 "저자세라는 소리를 많이 하던데, 그럼 고자세로 북한하고 한판 떠야 하느냐"며 "그러면 경제가 망하는 것"이라고 말하고, "바보 같은 신문 사설"이라고 비난했다.

로이터는 15일 “국영 매체에 따르면 김정은은 제8차 당대회 보고에서 극초음속 무기, 고체 연료 대륙간 탄도 미사일, 군사 정찰 위성 및 드론을 포함한 다양한 시스템 개발을 촉구했다”며 “보고서 전문에는 신형 핵잠수함 설계가 ‘최종 검토’ 단계에 있다고 언급했으며, ‘무인 타격 장비’, ‘정찰 및 탐지 수단’, ‘군사 정찰 위성’ 등 전자 무기 개발이 완료되었다고 밝혔다”고 보도했다.

로이터는 이어 “2021년 이후 국영 매체는 김정은이 정찰 드론 시험을 참관하는 모습을 반복적으로 보여주면서 현대전에서 무인 시스템과 인공지능을 우선시해야 한다고 강조했다”면서 “미국 싱크탱크인 38노스는 9월 분석에서 북한이 드론 프로그램과 생산 능력을 확대하고 있다고 밝혔다. 한국 국가정보원 산하 싱크탱크인 국가안보전략연구소는 9월 보고서에서 우크라이나 관리들이 주장한 러시아의 북한 내 드론 생산 시설 구축 의혹을 지적했다”고 밝혔다.

국정원 산하 연구소 보고서는 "만약 이것이 사실이라면, 북한과 러시아의 드론 협력은 단순한 기술 교환을 넘어 한반도와 동북아시아 안보 환경에 중대한 전략적 함의를 지닌다"며, 한국 안보에 "심각한 위협"을 가한다고 밝혔다.

이 대통령은 대선 운동에서 지난해 5월 21일 “우리나라는 공짜로 주면 안 된다는 희한한 생각을 한다”며 “나라 빚이 1000조 원 늘었다는 등, 나라가 빚 지면 안 된다는 무식한 소리를 하는 사람이 있다”며, “우리나라 국민총생산(GDP)이 2600조인데 국가부채가 그 절반도 안 된다. 다른 나라는 110%가 넘는다”고 말하고, “소득도 얼마 안 되는데 이자 내고 빚 갚느라 정신없는 게 지금 우리 경제의 현실”이라며 “국가부채를 48%로 낮춰서 기분 좋냐”고 연설했다.

신용평가사 무디스는 12일 “지난해 한국 경제 성장률은 1.0%로 부진했지만 올해는 글로벌 인공지능(AI) 경기 확산에 따른 반도체 수출 증가와 설비투자 회복으로 1.8% 성장이 예상된다”며 한국의 부채비율이 2030년엔 GDP 대비 60%를 넘어설 것으로 전망하고, “연금·의료 등 고령화에 따른 의무지출과 국방 및 국가 안보 공약, 한미 투자 협정에 따른 전략적 의무 이행 비용 등을 국가 부채의 증가 요인”으로 지목하고 경고했다.

무디스는 특히 정부가 방위산업 확장과 수출 금융지원으로 대부분 부채 발생 구조에서 무역금융공사 수출입은행 등을 포함해 “공기업의 부채가 재정 건전성에 악영향을 미칠 것”이며 “2024년 비금융 공공 부문(NFPS) 기업의 총부채는 2021년 15%에서 증가한 GDP 대비 17% 이상을 기록했다. 비금융 공공 부문 부채는 전체 재정 건전성을 더욱 압박할 것으로 보인다”고 ‘부정적’으로 평가했다.

트럼프 대통령은 자신의 투르스 소셜에 12월 10일 자신의 건강을 의심 보도에 대해 <"미국 대통령"을 명예훼손하고 모욕하기 위해 지속적으로 가짜 보도를 하는 것은 선동적이며, 어쩌면 반역적이라고 생각한다>고 ‘국가 반역’으로 발표했다.

NYT는 ‘오바마 부부 유인원 묘사’에 대해 “거의 언급되지 않은 것은 트럼프 자신을 '정글의 왕'으로 묘사한 방식이었다”며 “백악관에 복귀한 지 1년이 지난 후, 트럼프 대통령이 세계에서 독보적인 지배적 인물로 자신을 홍보하려는 노력은 너무나 흔해져서 더 이상 놀랍지 않게 느껴진다. 그는 자신을 영웅적이고 거의 신적인 모습으로 자주 묘사한다. 군주로, 슈퍼맨으로, 제다이 기사로, 군사 영웅으로, 심지어 하얀 카복을 입은 교황으로 표현했다”고 밝혔다.

그는 이어 지속적으로 모든 기념물 명칭에 명령으로 ‘트럼프’를 집어넣기 시작했다.

미국의 제퍼슨 기념관, 링컨 기념관, 케네디 센터가 기린 대통령들이 세상을 떠난 후 세워지거나 명명됐고, 러시모어 산은 워싱턴, 토머스 제퍼슨, 에이브러햄 링컨, 시어도어 루스벨트가 모두 무덤에 묻힌 후에 조각됐고, 재임 중 유일하게 대통령 중 칼빈 쿨리지이 동전에 얼굴을 새겼고, 트럼프가 ‘자신의 얼굴’ 동전을 재생했다.

대공황에서 유일하게 재임 중에 후버 댐이 명명되었지만. 차기 루스벨트는 이 이름을 삭제했고 다음 차기의 트루먼이 복원했다.

텍사스 A&M 대학교의 커뮤니케이션 교수이자 <대통령 선동가: 도널드 트럼프의 수사적 천재성>의 저자인 제니퍼 머시에카는 “대통령은 자신 이름을 따서 사물을 짓지 않고, 사람들은 대통령 이름을 붙인다. ”두 가지는 큰 차이가 있다, 하나는 권력의 표현이자 존경과 지위에 대한 요구고, 다른 하나는 대중이 잘 해낸 일을 인정하는 것이고, 대통령에게 존경과 지위를 부여하는 감사하는 대중이다"고 밝혔다.

트럼프 대통령은 평생 자신의 개인 브랜드를 홍보하며 호텔, 카지노, 비행기, 심지어 스테이크, 넥타이, 생수까지 자신의 이름을 붙였고, 두 번째 대통령 임기의 미국 정치사에서 볼 수 없던 ‘인격 숭배 정치’로 기울었다.

NYT는 “다른 대통령들도 명성을 키우려 했지만, 트럼프만큼 신화적이고 초인적이며 어디서나 존재하는 페르소나를 만들어 우상 숭배로 이어지는 인물은 없었다”면서 “그의 사진은 백악관 곳곳, 연방 청사 측면의 다층 배너, 국립공원 연차권, 1달러 동전에 크게 실렸고, 이름은 존 F. 케네디 공연예술센터, 미국 평화연구소, 연방 투자 계좌, 특별 비자, 할인 약물 프로그램, 그리고 뜻대로 된다면 워싱턴 덜레스 국제공항, 뉴욕 펜 스테이션, 그리고 워싱턴 커맨더스의 미래 경기장에 새겨져 있다”고 밝혔다.

NYT는 “그의 행정부는 트럼프 대통령의 이름을 딴 새로운 전함급을 지정하는 방안을 검토 중이고 그의 동맹국들은 외국 지도자들에게 노벨 평화상 수상 지원을 압박하고, 저항에 대한 처벌을 위협하고 있다”며 “일부 의회 지지자들은 그의 얼굴을 마운트 러시모어에 추가하자는 제안도 했으나, 현재로서는 큰 진전을 얻지 못하고 있다”고 밝혔다.

NYT는 이어 “그들은 조셉 스탈린, 마오쩌둥, 베니토 무솔리니, 최근에는 상의를 벗고 말을 타던 러시아의 블라디미르 V. 푸틴과 같은 인물들이다”며 “트럼프 대통령은 자신이 위험한 길로 가고 있을지도 모른다는 걱정을 하지 않는 것 같다”고 지적했다.

실제로 트럼프 대통령은 지난달 다보스 세계경제포럼에서 ‘권위주의가 반드시 피해야 할 것은 아니’라는 입장으 발표했고, 연설에서 "보통은 '그는 끔찍한 독재자 타입의 사람이고, 나는 독재자다'라고 말하죠"라며 "하지만 때로는 독재자가 필요하지"라고 공표했다.

백악관 홍보국장 스티븐 청은 이에 성명으로 "트럼프 대통령은 우리 생애 동안 가장 성공적이고 중대한 대통령으로 역사에 남을 것이다"라며 "그는 역대 가장 강력한 정치적·문화적 운동을 세웠다. 그가 미국 국민을 위해 이룬 성과는 미국의 본질에 각인될 것이며, 그 이후의 모든 백악관에도 영향을 미칠 것이다"고 적극 지지했다.

대통령 연설은 ‘1인칭 주어’인 ‘I(나는)’을 가급적 쓰지 않지만, 트럼프 대통령은 트루스 소셜을 통해 “나는”으로 모든 것을 규정하고 “미국 다시 위대하게”로 끝난다.

이 대통령의 부동산 X 발표는 ‘나는’ 일인칭을 강하게 만드는 ‘해볼까’ 반문이 종결점이라서 두 틀이 기본적으로 ‘명령 체제’로 유사하다.

트럼프의 건강문제 지적에 ‘국가반역’을 발표한 SNS는 “나만큼 열심히 일한 대통령은 한 번도 없었다!”에서 “최고 의사들의 진료와 감독 하에 모두 완벽한 점수를 줬고, 어떤 의사들은 이렇게 강한 결과를 본 적이 없다고 말하기도 했다.(중략) 나는 많은 의사와 전문가들 앞에서 세 번 모두 만점으로 통과했다. 대부분은 내가 모르는 사람들이다. 이 시험을 '만점'으로 통과한 사람은 거의 없고, 사실 대부분 성적이 매우 나쁘다는 말을 들었다. (중략) "미국 대통령"을 명예훼손하고 모욕하기 위해 지속적으로 가짜 보도를 하는 것은 선동적이며, 어쩌면 반역적이라고 생각한다. 그들은 진정한 국민의 적이며”로 지난해 12월 10일 썼다.

이 대통령은 3일 X에 부동산 투기 세력에 “암적 존재” “국가 반역적 행위”로 썼다.

US President Trump's "Only I Can Do It" mantra has been described as a personality-cult dictatorship dominated by cult-like followers, undermining the rule of law and interfering in elections.

Experts have interpreted the Trump administration's strengthening of the cult-like power centered on his supporters as an "electoral dictatorship assisting the Congressional government."

On the 3rd, the Lee Jae-myung administration adopted a "one-member, one-vote system" for the Democratic Party, shifting the system from "representative politics" to "dues-paying party members" controlling a significant portion of government funding and monopolizing nomination rights.

In the US, government campaign contributions to candidates are prevented from being misused by requiring "detailed explanations and legal action" from "individual candidates." In South Korea, "campaign contributions to political parties" allow for "arbitrary use of public funds through collusion between party leaders and nominated candidates, and a system that neutralizes accounting settlements."

This allows hundreds of billions of won in "priority payments" to be used for personal campaigns, reinforcing the monopoly power of the established, large party leaders.

The Trump administration has been using these themes since entering the national political arena. During his 2016 presidential campaign, he declared, "Only I can fix it." Now, he is being criticized for "expanding presidential power."

Sarah Matthews, who served as deputy press secretary during Trump's first term but resigned in protest after the January 6th attack on the Capitol, said, "He's a man drunk on power with an already massive ego, and it's only gotten more inflated by being re-elected and winning the popular vote."

Regarding the social media post of former President Obama and his wife as monkeys, Kurt Mills, executive director of The American Conservative, wrote in a February 9th Washington Post article that it was "Trump's personality cult," adding, "The concept of a personality cult has been increasingly prevalent in political discourse in recent months and in the past 10 days." "It has been done," he told the New York Times.

During his presidential campaign on May 21st of last year, President Lee stated, "There are people who ignorantly claim that our country should not be in debt, such as that our national debt has increased by 1,000 trillion won." He added, "Our GDP is 2,600 trillion won, but our national debt is less than half that. Other countries have debt exceeding 110%."

He continued, "The reality of our economy right now is that we have little income, yet we are preoccupied with paying interest and repaying debt. Are you happy that we reduced our national debt to 48%?"

On the 12th, credit rating agency Moody's said, "Last year, Korea's economic growth rate was sluggish at 1.0%, but this year, it is expected to grow by 1.8% due to an increase in semiconductor exports and a recovery in facility investment following the spread of the global artificial intelligence (AI) economy."
