지소미아 파동으로 친트럼프 강화 전략의 청와대가 바이든 정부 등장에 한중일 3각 복원을 위해 안보실에서 한반도평화교섭본부로 이관 정책을 내놨고 일본 언론이 비판 사설을 냈다.
