윤석열 당선자 ‘전시 국민통합 갈등야기 이득세력막아야'

윤석열 대통령 당선자가 1일 국민통합위원회에서 ‘코로나 위기 전시(戰時)체제 국민통합’에서 “사회 갈등 야기하고 통합 해치는 걸로 이득 보는 세력 막아서야 한다"고 밝혔다.
인수위 김한길 통합위원장은 "세대와 계층과 지역을 통틀어 하나의 대한민국으로 가는 길 찾아내야 하겠다"라고 답했다.
윤 당선자는 이날 "서로 정치적인 견해, 경제적 이해관계가 다를 수 있지만 우리가 함께 공동의 방향과 목표를 공유해 가면서 위기를 극복해 나갈 수 있는지에 대해 의미 있는 결론을 도출해 달라"고 말했고, 김 위원장은 "당선인의 뜻을 받들어 위원님들과 직원 여러분들이 함께 대한민국의 갈등과 분열의 늪에서 벗어날 수 있는 지혜를 함께 모아 나갔으면 좋겠다"고 말했다.
윤 당선자는 전시 국민통합 모델로 "제2차 세계대전 때 영국 보수당과 노동당이 일치 단결해서 처칠을 수상과 국방장관으로 임명하고 노동계가 대폭 양보를 해 국가 전시산업에 협조했다"면서 “우리나라도 6·25 전쟁, 전시와 다름없는 경제 성장, IMF 외환위기를 넘길 때도 국민이 하나 돼 단합했다”고 영국 보수당에 의한 앵글로색슨의 영미 강경보수 체제 복원을 제시했다.
1980년대 자유주의 보수동맹인 미국 레이거노믹스와 쌍벽을 이룬 영국 보수당 대처리즘은 노조를 사회적 적으로 규정했고, 미국은 냉전 강화로 사회주의 경제꺽기에서 함정수사와 정보기관 비대화를 통한 ‘적을 통한 대중 장악’의 적 만들기로 군비증강과 전쟁 남용의 재정적자를 키웠다.
윤 당선자는 이날 "국민통합위원회가 새 정부에서 국정 수행을 해 나가는 데 있어 가장 중요한 밑바탕이 되는 것은 막연한 정치·사회·경제적 갈등을 해결하는 통합 논리가 아니다. 개별 이슈마다 어떤 것들이 우리 사회의 갈등을 야기하고 통합을 해치며, 이로 인해 이득을 보는 사람이 누구고 어떤 세력인지, 어떻게 하면 우리가 막아서 국민이 정말 하나 된 마음을 가질 수 있는지 (파악해야 한다)"라며 "서로 정치적인 견해와 경제적 이해 관계 다를 수 있지만 함께 공동의 방향과 목표를 공유해가면서 위기를 극복해나갈 수 있는지에 대해 의미 있는 좋은 결론을 도출해 주실 수 있을 것"이라고 말했다. kimjc00@hanmail.net
