김한길 대통령직인수위 국민통합위원장이 번영을 통합 명분이라며 비공개 전략 개시로 국고에 의한 법률기구인 국민대통합위 설치근거인 ‘갈등치유’ ‘공존상생’ 목적과 충돌했다.

대통령직인수위 국민통합위원회 전신인 국민대통합위원회(PCNC)는 2014년 7월 ‘국민대통합위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 규정’에 의한 법률기구인 대통령 직속 자문위원회이며, 우리 사회에 내재된 상처와 갈등 치유, 공존과 상생 문화 정착, 대한민국의 새로운 가치 도출위한 정책과 사업에 관하여 대통령 자문에 응하기 위해 대통령 소속으로 설치됐고 2017년 6월 30일 해산됐다.

국고에 의한 통합위는 운영은 ‘사회 내재 갈등 치유’와 ‘공존 상생문화 정착’에 대한 자문기구라서 김 위원장의 ‘번영위한 비공개’와 충돌한다.
