증시 개인이 외국인과 기관의 차익실현 제공

환율과 주가 연속 상승으로 외국인의 투자이익 실현에 의한 개인투자 신용확대 정책이 투자금 잡아두기로 가중되고 있다.

외국인이 매도하고 개미가 사고, 이어 기관이 팔고 개인이 사며 활황세를 만들어 순매도한 외국인의 주식 보유액 규모는 더 커지는 이익 지배자가 됐다.

주식 V급반등 주역인 개인투자는 11일 오전장에 3조원을 코스피 주식 매입으로 최고치를 만들었고, 기관과 외국인은 순매도했다.

11일 코스피에서 하루 거래대금 8조원 최대기록의 삼성전자가 2.48%(9만1천원) 상승하며 8일 5조839억원 거래를 50% 이상 초과하며 최고기록을 연속 갱신했다.

개인은 이날 삼성전자 1조7천380억원 순매수로 상승장을 주도하고 기관 1조2천540억원, 외국인 5천40억원 순매도를 사들여 지난해 외국인의 순매도 주도에 개인이 순매수하는 패턴으로 바꼈다.

개인 순매수 확장은 4~8일간 삼성전자에 몰입한 2조539억원이고 2위 LG전자(5천225억원)보다 1조5천억원이 크다.

새해 폭등 증시는 지수 3000을 넘기며 연초 5거래일 동안 3조5천억원 순매수했고, 오늘(11일) 시총 10위 종목인 SK하이닉스(0.72%), LG화학(3.30%), 삼성바이오로직스(0.84%), 네이버(2.72%), 삼성SDI(3.38%), 셀트리온(2.86%), 카카오(5.53%) 초강세장이다.

외국인투자는 지난해 24조4천억원 순매도에 12월에 2조6880억원 순매도로 차익실현했으나 한국 주식이 가격이 급등해 보유액 764조3천억원이 되며 사상 최대 규모로 커졌다.

외국인의 순매도에 개인이 집중 매수하며 형성된 상승장에서 외국인은 매도해도 주식 보유액이 커지고 원화가치 상승 이익까지 거둬가고 있다.

외국인은 주식에 대해 지난해 12월 코스피에서 3조9900억원 순매도하고 급등장세 코스닥은 1조3020억원 순매수하는 이익실현의 투자를 보인다.

외국인은 반면 채권에서 지난달 총 보유금 150조1천억원(국내채권 7.3%)에 11월보다 1천억원 감소에 그쳤다.

개인 추격매수는 새해 급등장에서 지난주말(7일) 증시 투자자예탁금 69조2719억원을 바탕으로 11일 오전에 3억9686억원 순매수하고, 삼성전자 2조539억원 주식을 사는 패턴이 고착화됐다.

폭증세에 시중은행은 중단했던 신용대출을 일제히 재개하며 단 2일간에 3445억원 급증하며 5일자 5대은행 신용대출 규모가 133조9927억원이 됐고, 개인의 부채투자(신용투자)가 7일에 잔고 20조1223억원이다.

지난해 연말 강세장에 외국인 파고 개인이 추격매수하는 V장세에 이어 올해 연초는 기관이 대량 매도하고 개인치 추격매수하며 외국인 소량 매도하는 장세이다.

11일 증시 개장에서 개인이 1조5천544억원 순매수로 상승세를 끌기 시작할 때 기관이 1조1천433억원 순매도하고 외국인이 3천751억원 순매도하는 구조이다.

상승에서 하락으로 바뀐 이날 코스닥은 기관 232억원 순매도에 개인 133억원 순매수, 외국인 153억원 순매수에 셀트리온헬스케어(4.05%) 셀트리온제약(1.09%) 집중 상승장이다.

민주당 최고위원회는 11일 삼성 임원이던 양향자 최고위원이 "동학개미는 단기 차익에만 목적을 둔 개인투자자가 아닌, 대한민국 미래와 K뉴딜에 투자하고 있는 미래 애국투자자들"이라며 "2021년에도 동학개미가 과감하고 적극 투자할 수 있도록 제도 점검 보완해야 한다. 정치가 할 일은 분명하다, 풍성해진 유동성이 뉴딜펀드와 미래산업에 흐를 수 있도록 유인하는 것"이라며 "정책이 이들의 기대 심리를 꺾어서는 안 될 것"이라 말하며, ‘3월 공매도 금지해제’에 대해 "공매도 금지 연장 심각하게 고민해야 한다"고 말해 ‘신용투자 확장’을 통한 ‘외국인 이익실현 보장으로 투자금 잡아두기’ 전략을 보인다. kimjc00@hanmail.net
