윤석열 베트남에 ‘인태전략 시도’ 결렬, 트엉 주석 ‘포괄전략 관계’ 통제

윤석열 대통령이 베트남과 정상회담 발표로 ‘인태전략 핵심협력국’이라 말한 반면 베트남은 ‘포괄전략 관계 유지’를 밝혀 협상을 거부했다.

윤 대통령은 23일 반 트엉 국가주석과 정상회담 후 기자회견에서 “베트남은 자유, 평화, 번영을 위한 ‘인도-태평양 전략’과 ‘한-아세안 연대구상’ 이행에 있어 핵심 협력국”이라 밝혔으나 베트남은 인태전략을 거부하고 기존의 ‘포괄전략 유지’ 통제를 밝혔다.

트엉 주석은 정상회담 모두발언에서 “경제사회 발전 대외정책 한국 우선 순위 중요 국가 선정”에 기존의 '포괄적 전략 동반자 관계'의 지속을 밝혀 인태전략을 거부했다.
