Winter Sea

I'll Run To You

by You앤Me Art Place

I should go to the winter sea,
a sea of bitterly cold reason,
yet as passionate as shattered waves—
the fierce winter sea.

No matter how cold it is,
seagulls still fly in,
strong waves surge forward,
and a song rides on the sea wind.

I should go to the winter sea.
The sand path is unusually rough,
and there are white shells I love.
Even when I stand still,
time slips past so quickly—
a gift from the winter sea.

With the ebb and flow of the tide,
loneliness is washed away,
and longing comes rushing in.
I should go to the winter sea.

More radiant than summer,
more intense than winter itself—life.
Raising the sun,
swallowing the moon,
I should go to the winter sea.
