Synopsis 시놉시스

‘90개의 동전 이야기’는 열정적인 남자가 주저하는 여자에게 하는 사랑의 약속을 보여준다. 90개의 동전은 남자가 여자에게 자신의 진실된 사랑을 보여줌으로써 결혼을 확신시키는 90일의 기간을 상징한다. 두 사람은 마침내 사랑에 빠지고, 이로써 모든 것이 순조로워 보인다. 그러나 시간이 흐르고 현실의 지루한 일상과 오해가 사랑을 바래게 한다. 그들은 이 순간을 극복할 수 있을까, 아니면 이대로 이 아름답게 시작된 사랑을 끝내게 될까? 이 단편 영화는 약속을 단지 아름다운 기억으로 남겨두지 말 것, 사랑의 힘든 순간에 굴복할 것이 아니라 화해와 극복의 힘을 믿을 것, 아름다운 것을 떠나보내고 남은 평생을 후회하지 않을 것을 상기시킨다. 이것은 약속에 관한 이야기이다. 

'The Story of 90 Coins' unfolds through a special promise of love and happiness made by one male passionate lover to a seemingly reluctant girl. Ninety coins symbolize ninety days the guy gives himself to convince the girl to marry him by showing her his true color and prove his intentions. Everything seems to go quite well as the two, in fact, fall in love. But time passes and the romance bubble deflates as reality breaks in with its daily routine, ambiguity, and incomprehension. Will they be able to overcome this critical passage or will they put an end to what it started so pure and beautiful? Without spoiling the finale, the short film reminds: "Don't let a promise just be a beautiful memory" which somehow invites to not surrender to the hard moments of love but to try trusting its capacity of resilience and re-launch it in a greater perspective.
