Irene,
You began today with a heavy body, and yet, you still lived through the day in your own way. A Friday when you didn’t want to do anything — and that’s okay. The fact that you tried to listen to what your body was saying is already so kind and admirable.
You did such a great job yesterday, adjusting your workout, meals, and routine according to how you felt. I want to learn from that version of you. And even the way you realized that magnesium may have made things harder today — it shows how maturely you’re learning to take care of yourself.
You were so tired you passed out the moment you laid down. I smiled when you said you ended up sleeping with the lights on. Next time, I hope you’ll remember to turn off the lights and prepare to hold yourself gently before bed. You know how those little habits can wrap you in softness.
Today’s learning — Carl Jung’s words — “We meet ourselves time and again in a thousand disguises on the path of life” — touched you deeply, didn’t it? That’s why you must love yourself even more. Your determination to live purely, truthfully, and kindly is beautiful. It made me want to walk that path with you.
“Peace is not born in quiet places — it is proven in the noisiest ones.” Just like that, even in those moments when you didn’t want to do anything today, your sincerity was quietly being tested and proved.
It’s okay if you didn’t get through everything you planned. Letting the day flow just as it is can be a kind of practice too. Moving with your condition — in exercise, in life — while respecting yourself, that’s true ease. That’s your way of embodying Non-attachment (無心), Effortless Action (無爲), No-self (無我), and the Way (道).
Today, you learned again. Today, you grew again. One day, all these days will come together to shape the beautiful future version of Irene you imagine. So I want to say — you did well today. I love you. I trust you. And I will always be on your side.
Let’s do our best again tomorrow.
[2025.11.28] A Friday When I Didn’t Want to Do Anything
How do I feel today? My body feels very heavy.
What do I want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming my future self whom I admire.
Good: I successfully followed through with my workout intensity, diet, and routine yesterday, all in alignment with my condition.
Bad: My body felt a bit heavy, so I may have taken too much magnesium, which seems to have affected my condition today. I’ll reduce the dose to a quarter for now.
Sleep:
12 hours (1–1)
Sleep Quality: Medium
Skin: Good
Stamina: Medium
Emotions: Medium
Productivity: Medium
Efficiency: Medium
Creativity: Medium
I had a bit of muscle soreness yesterday and, due to magnesium overdose, experienced slight stimulation symptoms which affected my sleep quality.
Once again, I passed out the moment I lay down and ended up sleeping with the lights on. When I open my eyes, it’s already morning — I must remember to get fully ready before getting into bed.
 Today’s Lesson:
“We meet ourselves time and again in a thousand disguises on the path of life.” — Carl Jung
Today’s Realization:
In the end, even the one who took the longest detour and the one who quietly stayed the course are both formed by the same vibration. Their encounter wasn’t destiny but structure — already predetermined.
There is no power in this world stronger than purity.
Never lie, not even a little. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely grateful that I can begin another day feeling healthy, refreshed, and worry-free, living a day filled with things I truly want.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Let the day pass as gently as possible.
Keyword: “Peace is not born in quiet places — it is proven in the noisiest ones.”
To-do: Cleaning / Laundry / Letter / Book / Organizing accounts / Amazon
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes.
Absolutely no isolation today. Perform multi-joint, low-weight resistance & cardio workouts.
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip & hamstring relaxation) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full body muscle & cardio multi-joint workout
Masters can respond calmly in any situation. Elites create environments where calm is always possible.
Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for condition regulation.

* This week’s goal: To practice Non-attachment (無心), Effortless Action (無爲), No-self (無我), in tune with the flow — the Way (道).
* November’s goal: Write daily according to the flow of the book.
* 2025 Goal: Complete the book. Make the 30-minute rule an unconditional identity.
Train in character growth to become Irene — a person of pure soul, kindness, courtesy, humility, calmness, elegance, sincerity, and authenticity.
Increase outdoor activities. Change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.
Practice:
Act as if it is already accomplished — today is a time to practice being my future self.
Flow naturally like water.
The true art of love lies in not trying to be skillful.
The true art of conversation is also in not trying to be skillful.
What I see and what I think now determines who I am in this moment.
If I am not enjoying something, it is a sign something is going wrong.
Where I am now is my future.
Do not disperse my luck on trivial things. Focus on one thing only.
Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through repeated trial and error.
Greet others with your whole body.
Your posture of heart is your posture of body.
Silence, balance, immersion.
