# Gradually settling into Tuesday (04/15/2025)


How do you feel today? After overexerting my brain for the past week, I rested well yesterday and today my condition feels great and refreshing.


What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, practicing to become the future self I admire.


**Good:** After finishing all my routines, I was conflicted about whether to go exercise or not, but I ultimately exercised good restraint by taking a break from working out, and my condition feels great today. Through this experience, I realized it's time to adjust my exercise intensity and frequency. In truth, I've been exercising for the sake of exercising and extremely depleting my energy, so I need to better practice my exercise philosophy: "Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for conditioning."


**Bad:** None.

Exercise for the purpose of exercise. Everything in this world happens for a reason.


## ✨ Today's Insight:

This week was so busy that I intentionally took many breaks from exercise. During that time, I realized that the workouts I've been doing weren't for conditioning but rather for depleting my energy. After exercising, I was too tired to do anything else, and all I could do was rest and sleep. However, after adjusting my exercise intensity recently, I have some energy left after working out to better handle daily life. Through this process, I gained many insights, and although there were mentally challenging moments, I learned so much thanks to my efforts to grow in all aspects.


Organizing my thoughts this way makes my learning and insights clearer.

There is no stronger power in this world than purity.

Never telling even the smallest lie and always being pure, good, and sincere.

For sleep quality, condition, and skin, I must regularly maintain body massage and half-body baths.

Must maintain detox day at least once a week.

**Ultimate goal:** Within 30 minutes = dopamine spike = today absolutely not isolating and multi-joint/low-weight multi-joint muscle cardio

Lower body (hip contraction) - Lower body (hip, hamstring relaxation) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) - Overall muscle & cardio multi-joint exercise


A master can handle any situation with composure, and an elite creates an environment where they can always be at ease.

Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for conditioning.
