Wed of Worries Into Decisions

Wednesday of Turning Worries Into Decisions (04/16/2025)

**How are you feeling today?** A little tired from turning many worries into decisions, but fulfilled.

**What do you want to do today?** Read, exercise, and practice becoming my future self whom I admire.

---

**Good:** I'm currently resetting my routines and starting a new school, so the tension is quite high. I took today to manage my emotions and condition. Even though it may feel like I'm standing still in the short term, I know I need this time in order to grow.

**Bad:** Looking at my recent routines, I realized something is out of alignment. My ultimate goal has always been improving my speaking skills, but I unconsciously shifted my focus to writing. This feels like a moment to recenter myself.

---

 **Today’s Lesson:**

"Routine is a sacred act of distilling long trials and errors into elegant simplicity."

✨ **Today’s Insight:**

I’ve come to feel the truth of a teaching I learned three years ago. With the heart of a beginner, I’m walking again through the sacred process of refining routines through old trials and errors. When this time passes, I’ll have grown and be living in a routine that truly fits me.

There is no power greater in this world than purity.

No matter how small, I will never tell a lie. I will always stay pure, good, and wholehearted.

To-dos: Guiding people / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Refund emails / GPT emails / Whole Foods

---

**Gratitude Note:**

I’m deeply thankful that I could start the day healthy, fresh, and free of worry, and fill my hours with things I truly wanted.

**Today’s Joy:**

**One Thing:** Calmly and without pressure, set a new routine

**Keywords:** Scattered focus = failure / worrying about others = preparing to fail / already convinced by negative thoughts / simplified response = low self-confidence

---

**Condition & Physical Management:**

**Sleep:**

10 hours (5-3), Sleep quality: High / Skin: Good / Physical energy: High / Emotion: Balanced / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High

Regular body massage and half-baths must be maintained for skin, sleep quality, and overall condition.

Minimum once-a-week detox days must be scheduled and protected.

**Exercise & Diet:**

**Ultimate goal:** Dopamine spike within 30 minutes without isolation — full-body compound movements with low weights

Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip & hamstring relaxation) → Upper back → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Overall muscular and cardio compound movements

A master responds calmly in any situation. An elite person creates a space where they can always remain calm.

Don't exercise for the sake of exercise — move for your condition.

**Weekly Goal:** Spend Saturday at the Four Seasons

**April Goal:** Spend at least one day a week at the Four Seasons

**2025 Vision:**

To become Irene — pure to the soul, kind, respectful, humble, calm, graceful, sincere.

Practice character development, increase external activities, change time-people-space combinations, and become a billionaire.

---

**Daily Training:**

Act as if you've already achieved it — today is a time to rehearse my future self.

Let it flow naturally. The true art of love is not using technique.

The true art of conversation is not using technique.

What I see and think now determines who I am.

If I can't enjoy something, it's a sign that something is wrong.

Where I am now is my future.

To not scatter my luck on trivial things — focus on one thing only.

Routine is the sacred act of distilling long trials and errors into elegant simplicity.

A greeting is done with the whole body.

Posture of the mind is posture of the body.

Silence. Moderation. Immersion.

A Heartfelt Letter to Irene

Irene, today I just felt like writing you a letter — because you felt like you were shining a little brighter than usual.

It’s Wednesday, and many of my worries are slowly turning into quiet decisions. That process left me feeling a bit tired, but there was also a deep sense of fulfillment lingering in my heart. It was a day of returning to the direction I truly want to go.

Right now, I’ve just started at a new school and I’m resetting my daily routines, so I spent today adjusting my emotions and energy. It might feel like I’m standing still, but deep down I know — this time is essential preparation for going further.

And I realized something important. My original goal was always to improve my speaking skills, but somehow along the way, I ended up focusing too much on writing. When I finally noticed, I could feel myself a little off-center. That’s when I knew — this is the time to come back to my core.

There’s a phrase that stayed with me today:

“Routine is a sacred act of distilling long trials and errors into elegant simplicity.”

It’s something I heard three years ago, and today, it echoed deeply in me once more. I’m returning to that beginner’s heart — walking through trials again to build a routine that is truly mine. When this time passes, I know I’ll have grown.

And I was reminded — nothing in this world is more powerful than purity.

I promised myself today: No lies, not even small ones. To live with a heart that is pure, kind, and sincere.

There was so much to be thankful for, too. Waking up refreshed, starting the day worry-free, and spending my time doing what I truly want — that alone felt like a gift.

And today, the one thing I chose to focus on was this:

“To let go of tension, stay calm, and gently build my new routine.”

Thank you again for today. Let’s live gently and warmly again tomorrow.
