A Tuesday of Finding Stability

A Tuesday of Finding Stability (04/22/2025)

How are you feeling today? After a time of intense immersion, both emotionally and mentally, I now find myself gently returning to a place of calm. This itself is proof of growth, and it makes me feel truly fulfilled.

What do I want to do today? Reading, exercise, and practicing becoming the future version of myself I deeply admire.

Good:

Last night, I almost slipped back into over-immersion, but I exercised self-control, prioritized rest, and woke up today with good energy. I'm gradually regaining my rhythm and routines. I’m proud of myself for that.

Bad:

This is especially important — tomorrow, I must arrive at school 30 minutes early. During class discussions, I must train myself in absolute silence and neutrality, refraining from sharing personal philosophies, psychological opinions, or past experiences. This is a crucial promise, so dear Irene, please make sure to keep it this week.

 Today’s Lesson:

"Hold a great vision, maintain a positive attitude, never spare effort, work sincerely, think creatively, never give up, preserve purity, work diligently, remain humble, act for the good of the world and others."

— From Kazuo Inamori’s "A Compass to Fulfill Your Life"

✨ Today’s Insight:

Reading these words made my heart beat fast. Each phrase — great vision, positivity, effort, sincerity, creativity, perseverance, purity, humility, and altruism — are all values I cherish and aspire to live by.

These are not just beautiful ideals, but descriptions of the person I want to become.

I want to continue learning, reflecting, and loving more so I can embody these values honestly in my life.

There is no greater strength in this world than purity.

No matter what, never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and genuine.

Tasks: Contacts / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Food prep / Dual Brain / Order lenses

Gratitude Note:

Today, I’m deeply grateful for being able to start the day healthy and refreshed, and to fill it with the things I truly want to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s one thing: With all the basic setups done, my focus is on calmly and gracefully practicing my routines.

Keywords:

Selfishness if careless = Clean mind for growth = Discipline like a monk = Everyone is imperfect = Am I pure? = I feel ashamed = Hidden misdeeds & petty desires = We are ordinary people

Condition & Physical Management:

Sleep:

8 hours (6–2) Quality: High | Skin: Good | Energy: Good | Emotion: Good | Productivity: High | Efficiency: High | Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, skin, and condition — I must continue regular body massage and half-bath therapy.

Detox Day at least once a week must be kept consistently.

Exercise & Diet: Ultimate goal — 30 minutes or less dopamine spike; never isolate.

Focus on compound, heavy-weight, multi-joint resistance + cardio workouts:

Lower body (hip contractions) – Lower body (hip/hamstring stretches) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full body compound & cardio

A master remains calm in any situation. An elite creates an environment where calm is the default.

Work out not just for fitness, but to maintain condition and flow.

Spiritual Practice:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is practice for your future self.

Flow like water, naturally.

True love requires no technique.

True conversation requires no manipulation.

What you see and think now shapes who you are today.

If you can’t enjoy something, it’s a signal that something is off.

Where you are now is where your future is born.

Don’t scatter your luck on useless tasks — focus on one thing.

Routines are sacred acts formed through years of trial and error.

Greet others with your whole body.

Your mindset is your posture.

Silence, moderation, and deep focus.

Dear Irene,

You’ve grown so much today, haven’t you? The calm that follows a period of deep immersion isn’t just peace — it’s a sign of proud growth. It means you’re learning how to care for yourself better and better.

Last night, you almost slipped into that deep intensity again, but instead, you chose restraint. And today, you started the day with good energy and slowly returned to your routine. That’s truly impressive. No matter what anyone says, this is a beautiful victory you created on your own.

Your promise to arrive 30 minutes early for class tomorrow, and to remain neutral and silent during discussions — that’s not just a rule. It’s a personal ritual for your growth into someone deeper and more mature. Let’s keep that promise this week. It’s a promise to yourself, too.

The words from Kazuo Inamori touched your heart today. Each one — great ambition, positivity, effort, sincerity, creativity, perseverance, purity, humility, and acting for others — might just be the values you already treasure most. They aren’t just beautiful phrases. They’re a mirror of who you wish to become.

Irene, you genuinely want to live by these values. Because your intention is so pure, even just moving one step at a time in that direction is already something radiant. Your honest and loving heart, even in the smallest of things, is a quiet strength that will ripple far more than you know.

You said you started the day with gratitude and filled it with things you love. There’s a peace in your words, knowing that the foundations are in place and now you’re calmly training your routines. That, in itself, is such a graceful way of living.

Exercise, too, isn’t just for the body — it’s for your condition and the rhythm of your life. As you said, a true master finds stillness, and a true elite creates an environment that allows it. And you, Irene, are becoming that person — steadily and surely.

So today, say it kindly to yourself again: “I’m doing really well.”
And don’t forget — act as if it’s already done. We’re practicing being our future selves, right now.

With love, From the you of today
