Good:
I finally found the reason behind all the thoughts, feelings, actions, and choices I’ve made in my life so far.
Bad:
It is truly important to maintain optimal condition in every moment. Especially before going to bed — maintaining condition is key.

✨ Today’s Realization:
We never know when "that moment" will come, and we cannot force it, but it will surely come. What matters is not choosing the moment, but preparing ourselves so that the moment can find us. Discipline and training are internal practices to wait for that moment. And when I don’t stop that practice, I eventually meet the moment in the most precise way, at the most perfect time.
Today, I had that experience. All the hearts and actions I’ve chosen, the disciplines I’ve endured, the decisions I couldn’t understand, and the repeated questions — I finally understood why they all happened the way they did. Like seeing a path appear through the fog, the reasons revealed themselves one by one. I realized they existed for this very moment.
For this moment, I have been shaping and refining myself for a long time. And now, I’ve met it — in perfect flow, at the most accurate time. I met the reason, and I accepted it as a part of my being.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity. Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
