Dear Irene,
You did well today. The way you described your day as calm and peaceful was so beautiful — it made me feel like your entire day was wrapped in that gentle stillness.
Even with a bit of pressure, you stayed with your training and self-discipline. That’s something truly admirable. On days when your body and heart felt tired, you still kept going. That’s real strength. And the way you told yourself, “You did so well” — that touched me. It showed how lovingly and attentively you’re taking care of yourself.
The line about the delicate space between not suppressing your emotions and not being ruled by them lingered in my heart. You used to believe that you had to erase feelings to feel peace, but now you’re learning to accept their flow. Not clinging, not resisting — just sitting quietly beside them. That image stayed with me. I believe you’ve deepened because of this — grown more grounded.
It was beautiful to read how grateful you felt to fill your day with the things you wanted. That sense of freedom and intentional living shines through. Your choice of “accepting everything softly as it flows” as your one thing today was so insightful. Maybe that’s the wisest way to live — moving naturally, without forcing anything.
I admire how sincerely you care for your routines — sleep, exercise, food, your habits. Everything is handled with such love. Choosing exercise not for performance but for your overall well-being shows the kind of rich life you’re building.
Please continue becoming that quietly radiant person, full of purity and sincerity. Most of all, I hope you keep meeting yourself deeply, kindly, and living each day with the same care.
Don’t forget — today, your day was beautiful.
With love,
From Irene
Observing the Flow – Saturday (06/21/2025)
How do you feel today? Calm and peaceful.
What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, practicing the future version of myself that I admire.
Good: Though there was a bit of physical and mental strain, I stayed committed to the training and self-discipline I planned for the week. I learned a lot and grew—it was truly a valuable time. You did very well.
Bad: None.
 Today's Learning:
"Without shadow, there is no beauty in light." — Leibniz
✨ Today's Realization:
There’s a subtle space between not suppressing emotions and not being swept away by them. I used to oscillate without balance—either suppressing or avoiding feelings. I believed peace only came from removing emotions.
But now, I feel differently. Emotions come like waves—they rise and pass. I don’t need to interpret or fix them; they arise and fade on their own. When I stop forcing and instead allow them to linger briefly, I become deeper. When I stop trying to control emotions and let them flow—I become closer to them and freer at the same time.
We often think peace means the absence of emotion. But maybe real peace comes from staying still at the center of all emotions, like a stone resting at the bottom of a river. If I can find that unmoving place inside me even when emotions ripple through, then...
So these days, I don’t try to do anything. I don’t analyze or judge or cling. I simply sit beside the emotion and stay still. I let it move through me, naturally.
Just like you don’t need to remove darkness for the light, you don’t need to eliminate anxiety for peace. I now know that all of this flow is slowly shaping who I am.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never lie, even the smallest ones. Always be pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely thankful that I could begin the day healthy and refreshed, without worries, and live the day filled with what I truly wanted.
