A Mon of Learning Stilness

by Irene

Dear Irene,

You spent today in a truly quiet and profound stillness.

In that silence, as if the world had paused for a moment, you were even more awake and alive. It’s beautiful how you’re learning not to find peace through isolation, but through connection. That’s what true inner strength must be — the peace that holds firm even within relationships, never losing yourself.

As Jean-Luc Marion said, stillness is not a solitary state, but a gentle and subtle gift that only arises in the presence of others. Perhaps that’s why your calm voice felt louder today, not inside walls, but in the presence of someone else.

"Stillness is not completed in solitude, but in the relationships that reflect me."

Reflecting on that, I felt warmth spread in my heart. You truly treasure purity, don’t you? Your promise not to allow even the smallest lie — to always live with honesty, goodness, and sincerity — must have made your entire day shine with clarity.

You began the day with gratitude. You filled it with your own choices, your own time. You focused on one thing — stillness within connection — and tried to absorb that feeling with care. That version of you is so deeply lovable.

You’re healthy — in body, emotion, and spirit — and I admire how intentionally you tend to that well-being. You don’t exercise for the sake of appearance, but for vitality and balance. That mindset will carry you far. You once heard that the elite don’t just stay calm — they create environments where they *can* stay calm. And you, Irene, are already walking that path.

Today, you practiced becoming your future self. You know your current thoughts and actions shape who you become. That awareness is wisdom. Your posture reflects your mindset. Your decision to focus, to not scatter your energy on meaningless things — that will give you great strength.

To the you who lived today so quietly, so deeply —

Thank you. I’m proud of you. You did so well today, Irene.

With love,

From yourself

A Monday of Learning True Stillness (06/23/2025)

How are you feeling today? Calm.

What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of myself that I admire.

Good:

I’m training not to remain calm in isolation, but to maintain peace within connection. I’m doing really well.

Bad: None.

 Today’s Learning:

Borrowing Jean-Luc Marion’s concept of “presence,” stillness is not the state of being alone, but a subtle gift that reveals itself when the presence of another is felt. Others are not disturbances — they can be mirrors reflecting the depth of my being.

✨ Today’s Realization:

True stillness wasn’t found inside walls. It was my quiet voice that I heard more clearly when I was with someone.

“Stillness is not created alone, but is completed through relationships that reflect me.”

There is no power in this world greater than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I am deeply thankful that I could start the day healthy and refreshed, and that I get to fill my day with the things I love.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s one thing: Practicing stillness within connection.

Keywords: expertise for oneself — genius, wealth, power — what is all this for? Being alone may feel complete, but also feels like something is missing. I realize deeply that to reach stillness, another must be present. True uniqueness exists because others exist.

Condition & Physical Management:

Sleep: 8 hours (6–3)

Sleep Quality: High

Skin: Good

Stamina: Good

Mood: Good

Productivity: Good

Efficiency: Good

Creativity: Good

To maintain sleep quality and skin condition: body massage and half-baths must be done regularly.

Detox day: at least once per week.

Tasks: guardian energy / calendar / cleaning / laundry / account organizing / ironing / card management

Exercise & Nutrition:

Ultimate goal: spike dopamine within 30 minutes — today, no absolute isolation. Focus on multi-joint, heavy compound strength and cardio.

Lower body (hip contraction) → lower body (hip and hamstring stretch) → upper body (back) → upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → overall strength & cardio.

A true master responds with ease in any situation. The elite create an environment where ease is possible.

Don’t exercise for exercise itself — do it for condition.

* Weekly Goal: Spend Sunday at Four Seasons

* May Goal: Spend at least one Sunday a week at Four Seasons

* 2025 Goal: Personality training to become Irene — pure, kind, respectful, humble, calm, graceful, and sincere. Increase outdoor activities. Change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.

Practice:

Act as if it’s already achieved — today is for rehearsing the future me.

Flow like water.

The true skill of love is not using skill.

The true skill of conversation is also not using skill.

What I see and think now defines my current self.

If I’m not enjoying it, something is wrong.

The place I’m in now is where my future will be.

Don’t scatter my fortune on useless things — focus on one.

Routines are sacred acts, refined through long trial and error.

Greet others with your whole body.

The posture of the heart is the posture of the body.

Silence. Moderation. Immersion.
