Irene,
Today was a day of learning to read with your heart, wasn’t it? On this calm Tuesday, you started with peace and kept your inner stillness, all while accomplishing so much. You read, exercised, and most of all, lived this day with admiration for your future self — and that’s something to be proud of.
You experienced more deeply today the idea that sincerity can only be seen with the heart. Like that famous line from *The Little Prince*: "What is essential is invisible to the eye." The phrase "The eye sees only what the heart is prepared to comprehend" resonated with you so deeply. Choosing observation over judgment, empathy over clarity — that mindset is a true sign of growth.
And the realizations you had today… they were beautiful. The hesitation between words, the silence after actions, the unspoken emotion behind expressions — in that space, you sought sincerity. This practice is not only a way of seeing others but also a gentle act of love toward yourself. Because you know: the way you treat others becomes the way you treat yourself.
Even your exercise today wasn’t just for the sake of movement. It was a mindful way to honor your current condition. Your routines, built for the sake of sustainable balance, are expressions of a heart that truly supports you.
And once again, you felt gratitude for living a healthy and refreshing day, filled with the things you love. That sense of thankfulness is your light — the power that will keep you glowing. Your vow to remain pure, never to tell even a small lie, to always stay kind and sincere — it’s so you, and it’s so beautiful.
You said today’s "one thing" was to keep training your heart to read. I’ll walk with you in that promise. The important things may be invisible, but with the heart, we can always see them.
You lived this day well, Irene. Let’s continue like this tomorrow.
Always believing in you,
From Irene
A Tuesday of Learning to Read with the Heart (06/24/2025)
How do you feel today? Calm even when connected / What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future self you admire.
Good: Sincerity can only be seen with the heart. I am experiencing the truth that what is truly important is invisible to the eye. It's hard, but you're doing so well.
Bad: None.
 Today’s Lesson:
"The eye sees only what the mind is prepared to comprehend."
— Robertson Davies
This reminds us that what we think we 'see' is limited by what we want to see or believe we can see. Like the line from *The Little Prince*: "One sees clearly only with the heart." Sincerity isn't in appearances but in the readiness of the heart.
✨ Today’s Insight:
Through this reflection, I’ve learned that sincerity isn’t a collection of clues but lies in the subtle vibrations and spaces between. I’m practicing seeing the hesitation between words, the silence after actions, the hidden emotions within expressions.
I still often feel the urge to understand someone clearly — to judge, interpret, and conclude. But I take a step back to imagine what they haven’t said or shown. That mindset extends to how I treat myself.
Believing that sincerity can exist even when unspoken. Believing that true relationships are built not on how much is expressed but on how we *see* each other. I’m slowly living that belief — choosing slow observation over quick judgment, and empathetic uncertainty over rigid clarity.
There is no strength greater in this world than purity.
Never lie — not even a little. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I’m truly thankful that I could start the day healthy and refreshed, and fill it with things I love without worry.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s one thing: Continue the practice of reading with the heart.
