Loving Fate on a Thursday

by Irene

Irene,

Did you have a good day today? Reading what you wrote made my heart feel warm. Even in peace, you continue to think deeply, feel genuinely, and live with intention — and that’s something so beautiful.

"Love your fate." Today, it felt like you truly embraced those words. Every event, every relationship, even pain itself — you’ve stopped resisting them with "why me?" and instead are accepting them as essential parts of your story. Joy, wounds, and farewells — you’ve given each of them meaning in your life.

Like Nietzsche said, today you are practicing *amor fati*. And you know now that loving your fate isn’t passive acceptance — it’s the courage to trust life. That’s why you’re able to see all encounters not as coincidence, but as meaningful opportunities. You've grown so much stronger.

Looking at your condition check, I felt proud. You’re caring well for both your body and your heart. You’ve slept well, your skin is glowing, and your workouts are purposeful. Multi-joint, heavy training isn't easy — but your approach to exercise as a tool for well-being is admirable.

And your "One Thing" today — practicing the training you don’t want — really stayed with me. Choosing discomfort on purpose, for the sake of who you’re becoming, takes real courage. Maybe you don’t fully see how amazing that is yet, but I do. And that choice will take you somewhere truly great.

You were deeply sincere today. You believe purity is the strongest force, and you live with such integrity that even the smallest untruth is not allowed. That’s what makes you shine.

So Irene, I just want to hold you close today. You’re doing really well. Tomorrow and the day after, keep walking forward with this strong and gentle heart. It’s okay. You are already more than enough.

With love and faith,

From You

Loving Fate on a Thursday (07/17/2025)

How do you feel today? Peaceful and calm.

What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the version of me I admire in the future.

Good:

Overall, I lived the day with ease and without obsession. I felt emotionally stable and practiced embracing the flow of life instead of always asking "why."

Bad:

It feels like I’ve done enough structural analysis for now. Maybe it’s time to slightly change my sleep rhythm and try more active connection with others.

 Today’s Learning:

“Amor fati — love your fate.”

— Friedrich Nietzsche

Love your fate. This short phrase by Nietzsche guided my reflection today. The question “Why is this happening to me?” is no longer a cry of blame — it has become an act of courage to embrace life just as it is.

✨ Today’s Realization:

Now, I see every meeting not as a coincidence, but as a meaningful opportunity. Whether it’s a beautiful or painful connection, each reflects something within me, offering a signal of where my life is flowing.

Events are the same. Things not going my way, unexpected changes, even uncomfortable moments — all of them are experiences waiting for me to interpret them and grow. So, I no longer try to control life. I watch the flow and stay within it, trying to find meaning in each moment. Joy, wounds, relationships, farewells — they are all part of the sentence that completes my life.

Nothing is stronger in this world than purity. Never tell even the smallest lie. Always stay pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

Today, I’m sincerely grateful that I could start the day without any worries — feeling healthy, refreshed, and spending time doing things I love.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Practicing a training I didn’t want — as a paradoxical challenge.

Keywords:

The best way to feel satisfied = not fulfilling every desire = finding joy in the life I already have.

The one who welcomes all experiences that fate brings = the most admirable person.

Let life’s events unfold as they will.

Practice:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is a rehearsal for the future me.

Move like water.

The true art of love is to not rely on technique.

The true art of conversation is the same.

What I see and think now is shaping who I am.

If I’m not enjoying it, that’s a sign something is off.

Where I am now is my future.

Protect your luck — focus on one thing.

A routine is a sacred act that arises from years of trial and error to find optimal simplicity.

Say hello with your whole body.

Silence. Balance. Immersion.
