Good:
Today felt like training. When an issue with my Amazon delivery happened this morning, I nearly broke down emotionally. But I managed to regain my center, maintain calm, and practiced letting the emotions flow. As a result, I felt emotionally stable again and even solved the issue on my own.
Bad:
I have a school class tomorrow, and I’ll be working on a group project. I’ll try to apply emotional discipline and silence practice as best I can.

Once again, I was reminded of the power of flowing rather than fighting.
I used to battle my phone—constantly distracted by notifications and unconscious habits. Many days disappeared because of that. Then I realized: true discipline isn’t about control. It’s about designing an environment where control isn’t needed.
There’s no force in the world more powerful than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always be pure, kind, and wholehearted.

A master handles any situation with calm. An elite creates an environment where calm is always possible.
Don’t exercise just for the sake of working out—exercise to support your condition.

2025 Goal: Train to grow in character and become the Irene who is pure to her soul—kind, polite, humble, calm, dignified, and full of sincerity. Increase social engagement, change how I manage time, people, and space, and become a billionaire.

Act as if it is already done—today is time to practice being my future self.
