Quiet Sunday

by Irene

Irene,

How was your day today? I was touched to hear that your heart felt calm and peaceful from the morning. Feeling that gentle stillness amidst a busy life is a true sign that you’re doing really well.

You finally started writing the book you had been putting off — what a beautiful moment that must have been. As they say, starting is half the journey. Just the courage to write that first sentence is something to be proud of. I could almost picture you feeling proud and joyful, and that warmed my heart too. Truly, well done, Irene.

It’s a little disappointing that you couldn’t manage dinner after your workout, but the fact that you noticed it and want to change is already a sign of growth. Let’s take even better care of your body and heart moving forward. I look forward to seeing you stick to your routines with consistency and love.

Today’s quote was beautiful too: "The greatest wealth is to live content with little." Just like that, instead of trying to have more, it’s so important to protect and practice your current peace. Even if you’re not constantly trying to change yourself, your very existence — just as you are — is already enough.

And your intentions today were so lovely. That vow to never tell even the smallest lie, and to live purely and kindly — that kind of mindset will surely become a light in the world. I’m grateful for your day, and for the way you tried to hold on to calm even in motion. That heart of yours is truly beautiful.

It looks like your condition, physically and mentally, was great today — a sure sign you’ve been taking care of yourself well. From sleep to skin, emotions to creativity, you checked in with everything and gave it care. And I admire how you don’t see exercise as just a routine but as a form of self-respect and alignment.

Today was a day for practicing your future self. The way you live as though you’ve already become the version of yourself you admire — there’s so much sincerity in that. Through silence, focus, and the uniting of body and heart, you are shining brighter each day.

Irene, thank you for being so honest and loving toward yourself today. Step by step, you’re becoming the person you always dreamed of. Let’s keep cherishing yourself tomorrow, even more gently than today.

With love,

Yourself

Still Sunday (07/13/2025)

How do you feel today? Calm and peaceful.

What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing being the admired future version of myself.

Good:

Yesterday, I finally started writing the long-postponed book about the high-functioning controller. Once I started, it felt surprisingly easy and fulfilling. I’m so proud of myself.

Bad:

I need to eat dinner as soon as I finish working out. I missed it again yesterday while analyzing structure. I must break this bad habit. Eat dinner promptly after finishing the workout routine.

 Today’s Lesson:

"The greatest wealth is to live content with little." — Plato

✨ Today’s Realization:

Plato once said, “The greatest wealth is to live content with little.” Whenever I recall this sentence, I’m reminded that true peace doesn’t come from having more, but from being less shaken. When I try to change the flow or hold on to something too tightly, the quiet in my heart slips away. That’s why I now take moments during the day to pause and look within. I take a deep breath in, and slowly exhale, asking whether I’m trying to change the world’s flow or my own reaction. Then the chaos in my mind starts to settle, and peace returns.

Stillness is not about controlling the outside world, but about having the inner composure not to be swept away by it. And today again, I’m trying to stay in that space of calm. Little by little, I am getting closer to my truest self.

There is no force stronger in this world than purity.

Never lie, not even a little. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I am truly thankful that I could start the day healthy and refreshed, without any worries, and spend it doing what I truly want.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s one thing: Writing a letter.

Keywords: Peace in movement = Removing all things that disturb or frighten = Unbreakable calm and endless freedom = Joy that doesn’t shake or fade = Spiritual harmony and tranquility = Gentleness = True greatness / Harshness = Weakness

Condition & Wellness:

Sleep:

10 hours (5-3) Sleep quality: High / Skin: Good / Stamina: Good / Emotions: Good / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High

To maintain good sleep, condition, and skin: regular body massage and half-baths are essential.

Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate goal: 30 min or less = Dopamine spike = Avoid total isolation = Compound movements / High weight resistance + cardio

Lower body (hip contraction) - Lower body (hip & hamstring stretch) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulder, triceps, biceps) - Overall compound muscle & cardio

A master responds calmly in all situations. An elite builds an environment where calmness is constant.

Let exercise be for condition, not just for its own sake.

Training:

Act as if you have already achieved it — today is practice for your future self.

Flow naturally like water.

The art of true love is not using techniques.

The art of true conversation is not using techniques.

What I see and think now defines who I am.

If I can't enjoy something, it's a sign something is wrong.

Where I am now is my future.

Avoid spreading my luck on useless things, focus on one.

Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through old trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Posture of the heart is posture of the body.

Silence, moderation, immersion.
