A Sat to Practice Good One

by Irene

Irene,

Today was a Saturday where you chose to practice one good action — and it turned out to be a peaceful, gentle day. Just knowing you spent it calm and steady feels like a quiet ripple spreading across the heart. From the morning, you chose reading, working out, and practicing the version of yourself you admire — such an Irene thing to do.

You’re doing so well lately. The results of your focus training are showing clearly, and your emotions are staying steady. That’s proof of how sincerely you’ve been living each day. It’s never easy to manage yourself with that much care, but you’ve been doing it. Do you know how incredible that is?

There’s just one thing — skipping meals after workouts. Let’s try to shift that habit gently. Taking care of your body is just as important as caring for your heart. Getting absorbed in structural analysis is impressive, but let’s make room for a healthy rhythm, too.

Today’s learning — Aristotle’s words — really stayed with you:

"A happy and virtuous life is the result of repeated right actions."

You held onto those words and tried to live them out through small good choices. Your long-held wish to be a kind person is now becoming something you act on. And that’s beautiful.

The kindness you once kept only in thought is now quietly breathing in your everyday life. You’re feeling it, aren’t you? That it’s these small, sincere choices that shape who you are. And no, it doesn’t need to be dramatic. Your purity, your honesty, your heartfelt efforts — those are what make you shine.

And today, you began with gratitude. That you could start your day healthy and clear, and fill it with things you truly want — that kind of grateful heart is beautiful. That’s your true strength.

Your 'one thing' today: working on the High-Functioning Controller book! Your creativity and focus blended into something meaningful. You didn’t waste time debating what it means to be a good person — you just lived it.

It’s also so nice to see you caring for both body and mind. Ten hours of deep sleep, glowing skin, calm emotions — you're truly doing well. Regular massages, warm baths, detox days — they’re all gifts you're giving yourself.

Your workout? Powerful. It wasn’t just exercise — it was care. And that mindset is what’s making you stronger. Most of all, I love that you’re enjoying it. With ease, and with depth.

Even the words you reflected on guided you today.

"Act as if you’ve already achieved it."

That’s exactly what you did. Practicing your future self with grace, truth, and sincerity.

You did beautifully today, Irene. You were kind to who you are now, and to who you’re becoming.

Wishing you another day just as true and you.

Always believing in you,

Yourself

A Saturday to Practice One Good Action (07/12/2025)

How do you feel today? Calm and peaceful. / What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the admired version of myself in the future.

Good:

Lately, I’ve been feeling truly stable emotionally, and it seems like I’m managing my time, resources, and daily life really well. The focus training I’ve been doing is clearly paying off — I’m doing a great job.

Bad:

I need to eat dinner as soon as I finish working out. Yesterday, I missed it again while doing structural analysis. I must break this bad habit. After my workout routine, eat dinner promptly.

 Today’s Learning:

"A happy and virtuous life is the result of repeated right actions."

— Aristotle, *Nicomachean Ethics*

✨ Today’s Realization:

The desire to be a kind person has lived in my heart for a long time. But I’m learning now that only when that desire turns into action can it truly become mine. It's not about dramatic change — I’m gradually realizing that it’s the small, daily choices and actions that shape who I am. A kind heart shouldn’t remain just a thought, but quietly breathe through repetitive daily life.

There is no force in this world stronger than purity.

Never tell even a tiny lie. Always stay pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I am genuinely thankful that I could start today healthy and fresh, with no worries, and live a day filled with the things I truly wanted to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Working on the *High-Functioning Controller* book

Keyword: Don’t waste time arguing about what makes a good person. Just be one.

Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep: 10 hours (5–3)

Sleep quality: High

Skin: Good

Physical Energy: Good

Emotions: Good

Productivity: High

Efficiency: High

Creativity: High

To maintain good sleep, condition, and skin, I must regularly keep up with body massages and half-baths.

Weekly detox days — at least once a week — are essential.

Tasks: laundry, cleaning, assignments, writing celebration DMs, writing the book

Workout & Diet:

Ultimate goal: 30-minute dopamine spike — never isolate; focus on multi-joint, high-weight compound exercises with cardio.

Lower body (glute contraction) → Lower body (glute & hamstring stretch) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body & cardio compound movement

A master responds calmly in any situation. An elite creates a space where calmness is always possible.

Work out not for the sake of exercise, but to enhance condition.

* Weekly Goal: Spend Sunday at the Four Seasons

* May Goal: Spend time at the Four Seasons at least once a week

* 2025 Goal: Train in character development to become Irene — pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, graceful, sincere and true. Increase external activity. Change time, people, and environment. Become a billionaire.

Training:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is a time to practice becoming my future self.

Flow like water.

The true art of love is not using techniques.

The true art of conversation is not using techniques.

What I see and think now shapes who I am.

If I’m not enjoying it, something is probably wrong.

Where I am now is my future.

Don’t let my luck scatter over trivial things. Focus only on one.

Routines are sacred acts born from long trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Your attitude of mind is your posture.

Silence, moderation, immersion.
