Irene,
Today was such a quiet and clear day. Letting go of any pressure and simply flowing through your routine brought you peace, even if it meant setting aside a bit of productivity. Maybe this is what the true depth of the word "balance" feels like.
Watching you stay centered, not swayed by emotions, made me proud. That kind of mindset isn't easy to build. I hope you recognize the quiet and steady strength that's growing within you.
You also realized something important today—jumping into structural analysis right after your workout makes it hard to stop once you start. So next time, take a moment. Eat, take care of the basics, and then begin. You know now how much more ease a small choice can bring.
"Know thyself."
This short quote from Socrates left a deep mark on your day. You truly felt how even the smallest lie can pull you away from your true self. And you made a promise: no more deceiving yourself.
"Honesty is not morality. It's survival."
Repeating this to yourself, you saw the truth: that even unnoticeable self-deceptions pile up and make it hard to trust yourself. That blurred gaze eventually clouds love too. So now, you hold a small but solid vow close to your heart—to no longer lie, to be pure, kind, and wholeheartedly sincere.
This promise will illuminate your life. There’s no force stronger than purity.
You felt deep gratitude today—for beginning your day with health and clarity, and for filling it with things you truly wanted. And among them, you chose writing this letter as your one thing. Now, seeing you complete it—I just want to say:
Irene, above all else, don’t lie to yourself. That’s how you protect respect—and love. When you honor yourself, the world will follow.
You did so well today. Right down to your fingertips writing this letter—thank you, and you're truly lovely.
— From your today
A Friday with Pure Intention (07/11/2025)
How do you feel today?
I feel calm after following my daily routine without any pressure.
What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the future version of myself I admire.
Good:
Going through the day without obsessive thinking and in a natural flow felt a bit less productive, but I definitely maintained a sense of inner peace. I think I'm starting to gain the ability to manage emotional waves and stay more centered.
Bad:
I’ve learned that I must eat and complete basic tasks before diving into structural analysis after exercising. Once I start, it becomes impossible to stop midway, and today reaffirmed that truth.
 Today’s Learning:
“Know thyself.” — Socrates
This short quote from Socrates is still a powerful question even thousands of years later.
To live an authentic life, it must begin with being honest with oneself.
Today, I realized once again that even small lies can lead me away from who I truly am.
✨ Today’s Insight:
"Honesty is not morality; it is survival."
Tiny self-deceptions build up quietly. But their weight eventually leads me to lose trust in myself,
and that blurred perspective clouds my relationships and love as well.
To live truthfully is a quiet but powerful discipline. From now on, I choose not to lie to myself.
That small and firm promise becomes the first light that illuminates my life.
Nothing in this world is as strong as purity.
Never lie—not even a little. Always stay pure, kind, and wholehearted.
Gratitude Note:
I’m truly grateful that I could start the day healthy and fresh, with no worries,
and that I was able to fill the day with things I genuinely wanted to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s one thing: Writing a letter.
Keyword: “Above all, do not lie to yourself. The person who lies to themselves and listens to their own lie cannot distinguish the truth within or around them, and so loses all respect for themselves and others. And when respect is lost, love stops.”
Physical Condition & Health Management:
Sleep:
10 hours (5-3)
Sleep Quality: High
Skin: Good
Energy: High
Mood: Stable
Productivity: High
Efficiency: High
Creativity: High
To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health, regular body massages and half-baths are essential.
Keep up a detox day at least once a week.
Exercise and Diet:
Ultimate goal: 30-minute dopamine spike, no isolation, full-body compound movements with heavy weights and cardio.
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring stretch) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Overall muscle & cardio compound training.
A true master handles any situation with ease. An elite creates an environment where ease is possible.
Don't exercise just to exercise — move to maintain condition.

* This week’s goal: Spend Sunday at Four Seasons
* May goal: At least once a week, spend a day at Four Seasons
* 2025 goal: Train myself to grow in character to become a pure, kind, respectful, humble, composed, and dignified Irene with sincerity; expand social activities; change time, people, and space; become a billionaire.
Training:
Act as if you've already achieved it — today is practice for the future me.
Flow like water, naturally.
The art of true love is not to manipulate.
The art of true conversation is not to perform.
What I see and think now determines who I am in this moment.
If I’m not enjoying it, it’s a sign something’s wrong.
Where I am now is where my future begins.
Don’t scatter my fortune on meaningless things — focus on one.
Routine is a sacred act that finds optimal simplicity through long trial and error.
Greet with your whole being.
Posture of heart is posture of body.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
