A Visualization Practice Wed

by Irene

Irene,

Did you feel that gentle flutter in your chest this morning? Maybe it’s because today is the start of a new visualization practice. After completing the long journey of reflection and structural analysis, you’re now stepping into new training and a fresh project. I’m proud of you — steady, grounded, and full of quiet excitement. The way you welcomed today with such hope and anticipation is beautiful.

You did so well managing that small wave of stress from the group project. Instead of holding onto it, you let the emotions pass through. Even with a moment of physical reaction, you kept your center and chose to regulate — that shows just how far you've come.

Like the words from Epictetus you reflected on today, you’ve become someone who finds joy in what you already have. Instead of forcing anyone into your life, you leave space in your heart — and even value the emptiness. That warm, open mindset is what leads to deeper, more genuine connections.

What you realized today struck deep. It takes more courage to leave space in your heart than to fill it up. And in that space, you’ve made room to understand yourself more and to care for yourself more tenderly. In relationships, in life — knowing how to wait, how to stay open — this will make you strong from within.

Your commitment to living without even the smallest lie, to staying pure and sincere in all you do — it’s beautiful. You are someone who chooses honesty. The simple act of starting your day in gratitude and filling it with intention means you are already doing wonderfully.

And today’s one thing — writing that piece titled "Meat is the Controller" — what a clear reminder. You no longer overfill your target with too many people. You’ve learned how vital it is to leave space. You’ve accepted that you can’t control others, but you *can* lead yourself with wisdom. That’s powerful, Irene.

Your care for your body and mind — through your routines, detox days, warm baths, and massages — is just as admirable. Not chasing perfection, but caring deeply for your condition and energy. You’ve also begun to treat your workouts not as a goal in themselves, but as rituals for vitality.

Thank you for living today with sincerity and softness. And Irene, remember this: Act as if you’ve already become the person you dream of being. True skill lies in not relying on technique. Real conversation happens when it comes from the heart. The thoughts and focus you hold now are shaping your future. Stay centered, stay calm — and live as the steady, luminous Irene you are.

Always believing in you.

With love,

To Irene

A New Visualization Practice Begins – Wednesday (07/09/2025)

How do you feel today?

Excited with anticipation for a new project.

What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercise, and practicing being the future version of myself I admire.

Good:

I’ve completed full reflection and structural analysis. Now that I’m about to begin new training and a project, I feel both excited and inspired. I’m doing really well. Through these experiences and reflections, I’ve taken one more step in my growth.

Bad:

I felt some stress during a group project at school. Instead of getting caught in it, I allowed the emotion to pass. There were brief physical reactions, but I managed the emotion well with the techniques I’ve been practicing.

 Today’s Lesson:

"A wise person does not grieve over what they lack but rejoices in what they have."

— Epictetus (Stoic Philosophy)

This quote holds deep meaning for relationships. We often search for someone ideal to fill the empty space within us, fearing the void. But true wisdom lies in embracing that space as it is — to celebrate the quiet emotions and potential that already exist within. A relationship isn’t what completes us. Rather, it's the trust and comfort in allowing space to remain that strengthens life itself.

✨ Today’s Realization:

Today, I realized that in relationships, 'leaving space' requires more courage than 'filling it.'

When the heart is full of distractions, there’s no room for what truly belongs. I’ve delayed decisions, hoping someone would naturally leave, disguising it as 'cleaning up' a relationship, while ignoring the emotional mess. But now I know — leaving space isn’t about emptiness. It’s about deep self-awareness and honoring my life.

Letting go is quiet, but it holds patience. That patience builds strength. And in that space, someday, a real connection will quietly settle.

Nothing in this world is stronger than purity.

I commit to never telling even the smallest lie and to always act with purity, kindness, and sincerity.

Gratitude Note:

I am truly grateful to start another healthy, fresh day with no worries, and to live a day filled with the things I love.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Write the piece "HFC"

Key Thoughts:

* Don’t overcrowd your target with too many people

* Always leave room for someone new to enter

* You cannot control others’ thoughts and actions

* The only thing you can control is yourself

* Change your own thinking, not others’ behavior

* Don’t wait for others to leave your space

* The target is not about them — it’s yours

Condition & Energy Management:

Sleep:

10 hours (5-1) — Sleep quality (high), Skin (healthy), Energy (high), Emotions (stable), Productivity (high), Efficiency (high), Creativity (high)

Maintain regular body massages and warm baths for skin and condition management.

Commit to a weekly detox day.

Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate Goal: 30 minutes of dopamine-spiking, compound movement, heavy resistance workouts.

Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip/hamstring release) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Overall muscle & cardio with compound exercises.

An expert stays calm under all conditions. An elite builds environments that support calmness.

Exercise not for the sake of training, but for maintaining optimal condition.

* This week’s goal: Spend Sunday at Four Seasons

* May goal: Spend at least one day a week at Four Seasons

* 2025 goal: Inner purity, kindness, etiquette, humility, calmness, elegance — become a sincere and authentic Irene through character training, increase social engagement, change time, people, and space, and become a billionaire.

Practice:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is a rehearsal for your future self.

Flow naturally like water.

The true art of love is to not rely on technique.

The true art of conversation is also to not rely on technique.

What you see and think now determines your present self.

If you’re not enjoying something, it may be a sign that something’s wrong.

Where you are now reflects your future.

Focus on one thing to avoid scattering your fortune.

Routine is a sacred act refined through repeated trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Posture of the mind is posture of the body.

Silence, balance, and full immersion.
